House was clean and beautiful. Issues with leaking water from shower on top floor so could not use it after the initial use the first night. Issues with mice eating food in pantry, presence in utensil drawers, above open kitchen garbage and on counters in kitchen and the basement bedrooms. The adults and three children sleeping in the basement were forced to move upstairs due to the amount of mice feces in the laundry room and corners of the two bedrooms. Trash removal was an issue due to unawareness of where to store, buying stickers for bags, then transporting to transfer station 15 minutes away. After our complaints the owner allowed us to store trash in an unattached garage that was pictured in the listing that we were told we could not use the day we arrived. It would have been more responsible if the owner had let me know of these issues after I had paid 5,000 for the week, ten months in advance. The VRBO listing stated that there was air conditioning. Two bedrooms upstairs had window ac unitsâŠI chose this home thinking it had ac throughout due to the listing.
