Incredibly idyllic waterfront cottage - it's the spot you've been looking for! Enjoy beautiful views of serene Black Hall Pond, with sunlit mornings and shaded afternoons, as well as a dock for fishing, swimming, and kayaking.

The cottage has been recently redone and is clean, cozy, and modern. It's located on a quiet, neighborly street, walkable to Hains Park as well as Coffee's Country Market (a local favorite). You'll also be nearby several great restaurants and museums, charming New England downtowns, hiking, and beaches.

This stay includes the entire waterfront cottage. Enter into a full kitchen and kick your shoes off at the door. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen and another with a bunk setup (twin on top, queen on bottom). An open living room features elevated views of the water while the step-down dining/sunroom offers plenty of windows and opens to a wraparound deck. Stay cool and comfortable with the central A/C. There is an under-counter washer/dryer should you need it during your stay. Enjoy the peaceful setting, local area, and the water!
