Mostly very good but needs a couple of changes

The check in was straight forward and friendly. The room had all the facilities you need but you could improve on 2 points. 1) the quilts on the beds were far too heavy and warm. Lots of hotels are like this and take no account of the seasons. You should provide lightweight summer quilts and put an extra blanket in the room for people who need one. 2) I found the height of the bath very low, with the handles on the sides of the bath consequently low as well. In these circumstances you should put a handgrip higher up on the wall. I found it difficult to get in and out of the bath.

don't understand customer service

they had no eggs at breakfast. The person serving said the delivery had not arrived- there was a supermarket just down the road but when I mentioned this she said the company would not allow her to buy eggs- must be from the agreed supplier. Not her fault that there was zero service- it is the responsibility of the managers who have failed to understand what is customer service. ustomer
