There was no staff as my room was not cleaned any day during my stay- not sure if it is provided with the room. The restaurant was closed for the season and the first snowfall of the season came on my first day so bad timing for me! Lol The room was good, no microwave and the plumbing was very loud and kept me awake. Sounded like someone was plunging the toilet (not sure if that’s what it was) at random times through the night. It was a comfortable room and a good size with a comfortable bed. Other than the plumbing sound, it met expectations.

I have stayed there half a dozen times. During the off season they are not very busy, staff shows up around 12:00 pm. Only a security guard is about.

The lake is not really a lake very small. The bed was very uncomfortable. No signage of where to check in went to the restaurant and she had the paperwork there had us fill it out and gave us a key. No directions of where to go found it. The restaurant did not open until 12"00 the next day after check out and it is out of town about 10-15 minutes so no breakfast until we checked out.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the check-in process. We were stuck on the highway due to an accident and called their office at 9:30 PM, leaving a voicemail to inform that we would be 10 minutes late. We never received a response. Upon arriving at 10:10 PM, 10 minutes past the check-in time, no one was on-site, and our repeated calls went unanswered. No access was provided and there was no cancellation so they charged the full amount. After waiting for an hour, we were forced to book a motel 30 minutes away. This was a horrible experience and definitely won't recommend this place.

Lovely location but!

There are few guests this time of year so that makes it more difficult to get service. The room coffee machine did not work and although said they would replace it, they didn’t. We had pipe water hammer every so often, suspect it was from the heating system, but no support from staff to look into it, the noise would continue to wake us up at night.
