Ideally situated in the middle of the island near the main shop and kids park. 10 mins to the Atlantic beach and 10 mins to the Ferry point. Very close to our favourite lesser known part of the island, the lake and tidal lagoon.

Original Armona house with traditional Portuguese features interspersed with cute new modifications. Super fast Lazer internet for multiple users. Large TV with Netflix/Prime (Just log in). Large garden area with edible plants and herbs ( 2 lemon trees ). Microwave, coffee machine, blender, juicer. 2 barbecues (1 for fish, 1 for meat).
Outside shower for washing sandy feet fresh off the beach.
2 person Hammock for chilling in the garden !
Large back veranda for morning coffee and quiet time. Large front terrace for dining, and cocktails in the evening. 3 Sun loungers/recliners, 3 large comfy chairs and table to seat up to 10 people on veranda.
Air conditioners and fans for hotter months, radiators, wall heaters and wood burner for the colder months.
2 powerful hot water showers with brand new boiler for multiple users and continuous hot water.
Beautiful sunsets just a few steps away. Step out of the house directly on to the sand. The sea reaches right up to the house 7 times a year !
House comes equipped with Alexa, hair drier, iron and board, toastie maker, 2 cafetiere, well stocked kitchen with sharp knives.
