Six Senses Laamu offers 97 air-conditioned accommodations with iPod docking stations and DVD players. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 37-inch flat-screen televisions come with satellite channels. Guests can make use of the in-room fridges, coffee/tea makers and minibars. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a rainfall showerhead, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways/Maldivian Air Taxi only during daylight hours between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving after 3 PM or departing after 9:30 AM from Male are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out.
