You can take a dip in the beautiful communal chlorine pool measuring 30 x 15 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.90 metres. You can also sunbathe in the beautiful communal garden that surrounds it. The flat also has a nice furnished terrace where you can have a drink before going out on the sofa or armchairs, or enjoy a delicious meal outdoors at the dining table for four people. From this terrace there is access to the 40 m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe on the sun lounger while gazing at the magnificent views or contemplate the starry sky at night.

The 53 m2 flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. The modern and contemporary interior will make you feel right at home. The bright living-dining room has a comfortable sofa to watch TV or rest while you cool off with the air conditioning throughout the house. The dining table seats up to 4 people. The flat is located in Oliva Nova, which is a very quiet and relaxed area, in a nice complex with swimming pool and garden. If you like golf the nearest golf course is only 1.8 kms away. The beach of Oliva is also very close, 2.3 kms away and is ideal for families and water sports. In Oliva Nova you will also find many of the amenities for an independent stay and the town of Oliva is only 8 kms away.
