Everything seemed ok upon checkin but that quickly changed. First was the floors were so dirty that you cannot take off your shoes until you're in bed to avoid black feet or socks. Second, the place had cockroaches everywhere. Dead ones in the stairway so they must be aware and they've probably sprayed but no one bothered to clean up after. Cockroaches were seen in the room twice. Breakfast was mediocre and after checking out and driving 8 hours to get home I discover I've been bitten all over my legs most likely from bed bugs. The staff, although very nice and friendly, didn't really seem to care.
Stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never checked nor cleaned my room. Front desk was always sitting in the chairs in the lobby playing on their phone. When I called down for more towels, they made me come get them. The 2nd floor smells Horrendous.. I gagged every time I got off the elevators. Overall. Ot worth the price they charged for a room.
Room was not properly cleaned and tv was not working so I was moved to another room which also needed some deep cleaning. Very unpleasant odor in lobby area. Asked for fresh towels but was told there was no towels. The sink in bathroom was clogged up and no hot water. No variety for breakfast. Pool was unsanitary and needed to be cleaned as well.
The service and free breakfast were the best. For the hotel being only five years old; the carpets were really dingy in the halls and room. The TV wasnât even a smart TV. The toilet paper rack fell right off as soon as we got in the room and one of the dressers doors kept opening on its own and topping over. Could have hurt someone. Someone isnât doing a good job maintaining this facility which is disappointing The lobby, pool area and dining are so nice.
Floors were dirty/carpet and the lady who cooked breakfast was very rude she had glasses and ponytail. Beds had stains on mattress, it was a shock because before everything was nice 2nd floor smell like mold and dirty mop water
