Nice location and decent place

A decent price for a decent place in a good location. Property has some issues like loose wallpaper and some repairs that need to be made. But the price is ok, the location is convenient and it was clean.

Air conditioner was coming out of the wall Light came in between the door and wall Room next door doors was almost broken off Curtain to window backing was falling off Didn’t get the room we asked for Lots of ceiling tiles missing thorough out building Remote control was filthy dirty but got a new one Breakfast was options were awful Just not very nice for what internet shows No clock in room A lot of the plug-ins did not work or were coming out of the wall Stayed two nights didn’t get any room service the next day came back to room bed didn’t get made and no new towels/wash rags Its frustrating when you pay that much to stay somewhere and get that experience

The place was run down starting with the front door opening,garbage in the halls and stacked up by the elevator and dirty laundry in the hallway,no Kleenex or ice bucket and remote didn’t work. Also to many people and dogs roaming around,won’t be going back.

The toilet ran you had to keep giggling the handle. The tub wouldn’t drain. No ice in the ice machine for the 4th floor. Elevator was scary and you could smell the remodeling being done on the 2nd floor. There was a dog barking across the hall. I texted the desk about the tub not draining and they didn’t seem to be helpful. Excuses…I checked in at 3:05 pm and checked out at 7:30 pm. My home in Council Bluffs has less problems than the hotel. I’m gonna spend the night at my sisters in her spare bedroom. Just wanted a room with no smell, no mess and where I could get some sleep. That motel was NOT IT.

This is the hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life. I woke up sore. And been tossing and turning all night in this hard tuff bed. My opinion some of the worst sleep I've ever had at a hotel. My whole body is sore from their bed. From my sleeping experience the rating is a 0 out of 10 good experience. Because the sleeping part is the main reason why you stay at a hotel. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on.

No bath towels in room, trouble with tv, no trash bag in room. I got towels at front desk, I fixed the tv cable issue and I received a trash bag on day two. I'm not too picky but breakfast bagel was so dry it went in the trash. Not too many choices, but it was good. Everything was very clean, staff was nice, beds were comfy, and the pool was great! We'll be back!
