It's an old house that comes with all the things old houses come with. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. We had a group of 7. While there was enough space in the dining room to seat us all, there wasn't space in the living room for us all. Blinds are broken, espscially in the bedrooms and need to be replaced. Would be nice to have had curtains in the bedrooms. There was little pieces of trash in the floor grates in the upstairs bedrooms. Location was fabulous, only took 10 minutes to get to most places. Communication was quick and prompt. Plenty of linens, towels, TP, paper towels. Very simple amd easy check in and check out.

Wedding trip

This property was nice for the money and convenient to midtown Omaha and downtown. The home is a bit dated and tired looking on inside and outside. Great value for the money and accommodations for 6. Cleanliness was just okay and the heat worked ACs upstairs window units accommodated the bedrooms upstairs

Broken understocked

Many faulty and missing things. No kitchen linens silverware for 4 people when we reserved for 6. O glassware. Leaking toilet. No toilet paper in half bath. Stated there were 2 bathes-all on the 1st floor so 3 bedrooms had to go downstairs during the night. Furnace couldn’t keep with cold weather. Snow not cleared. Heat set at 62 degrees and took hours to get to 67. Overall very dissatisfied. Were there for a serious cancer situation and this added to our stress.

Long weekend stay in Omaha

It is an older property but in a good location close to restaurants and activities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the overall space was good for us. We did have some difficulty regulating the temperature upstairs; sometimes it was too hot or too cold. The kitchen could be better stocked. There were plenty of clean towels and washcloths which was nice. All in all it was a good experience for our group of 6.
