The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Very nice modern property. We’re staying there again in Feb 2026. Cons - the check-in and check out process was too slow and there are no ice machines, you have to get ice from the front desk which is a pain.

I didn't like the parking situation. The parking lot was scary and the price was too high. There was no hot water!!! Checked out after the first night and am waiting on them to contact me about a refund for the second night.

Hotel was easy to get to from the highway. It was a bummer to have to pay for parking, but it was probably safer than using street parking, based on the looks of the area around the hotel. Lobby looked nice and had lots of areas to lounge. But check-in was awkward, as there was only one staff member at the desk and they were very stressed about the broken front door. Very understandable, considering that once you entered into the lobby you could not get back out because the motion sensor was broken or something. Literally several parties were stuck in the doorway, waiting for someone to happen to walk by the door from the outside. Awkward. Room was fine. It was showing it’s age with broken corners of things, peeling laminate, and stains all over the couch. Paid for a king bed, but I’m not sure if that’s what we got… The BEST thing about the hotel was its free breakfast. Very impressed by the spread and quality of food. There were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the meal even with it being a busy Saturday morning. Bed linens were also nice, very crisp and clean. Having a kitchenette with full fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and cooking/eating utensils was great. All in all, it was a decent stay.

It was fine but both rooms were missing the sofas that were supposed to come with them and ones phone wasn’t even plugged in to use and just didn’t end up working. Leaving the parking garage was also an issue. You have to use the paper ticket instead of the room keys and the front desk told me to come back and bring my paper ticket and she gave me a different one that should have worked for the gate and said if there is any issues to use the gate attendant but mentioned she was “not too happy with the front desk”. The “push for assistance” woman that is supposed to be of assistance said that the front desk wasn’t part of the hotel so not use them for issues with the gate? Just wasn’t helpful and had a bad attitude so that for sure left a sour taste when we were leaving. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! Just hate to have issues with some of the stay.

Any staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful when I had questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the offerings of the kitchen (stove top, microwave, full size fridge, spout for filling pot.) Great amenities for longer stays. There is laundry and even groceries (I didn't access the groceries on 3rd floor but got a frozen meal in the lobby shop.) Lots of parking available in parking garage. QR code to access parking. Room was clean. Shower pressure was good with option of overhead rain style or handheld wand. Only issue was lack of hot water. The bathroom sink hot water didn't heat up at all (grateful for the kitchen sink option), Friday mid-morning shower was wonderful and Saturday 9am shower didn't have much warm water and ended on the cool side. I'd stay again though.

Room had bare minimum supplies in kitchen ie silverware, plates, cookware etc. There were no sofabed sheets, blanket or pillow. Layout of room was exactly what we needed. Staff was excellent!
