Check in was quick and could get room approx 3 hours early. Nice hotel but a few small things needed to be fixed, i.e. plug-in next to bed, hand bar in shower loose and need a sleep mode on TV remote.

Always buy the trip insurance

We were woken every morning by a toy or something being dropped on the ground in the room above us. 4 mornings in a row. We called the front desk and were told it would be handled. It was not. It was miserable. I will definitely purchase the trip insurance next time, so we can cancel and go somewhere else. Lesson learned.

It was horrible we did a family trip and asked for all our rooms to be by one another so our kids could hang out and so us ladies could all be close since our husbands weren’t with us and we were out of state, front staff was extremely rude and didn’t even try to make it better we checked in shortly after 5 and had spent the whole day at the zoo our rooms were okay but one of us was put on completely different floor and her smoke alarm was broken we had told them up front but nothing was done about,
