Nice hotel. Big room. Very comfy bed. Good TV with HBO. Very good breakfast but it costs $15. Parking is $15. Pet fee $25. The extra charges were not a surprise, but altogether, they added a lot to the cost of our stay and made it less of a value than it first appeared.

Food was great our shower wouldn’t turn on at first finally got it on had to have maintenance come shut it off after we called 2 times first time we called they said they would be up in 15 minutes didn’t happen we took 45 minutes to eat breakfast went back to room shower still on we left for the zoo and stopped at the desk to complain about and the lady said it would be fixed When we got back to the room it was fixed The other problem was the air conditioning when we walked in it was 55 in the room the room would not warm up there was a note on the thermostat saying to go to the air conditioner to control temperature and on the air conditioner there was a note to go to the thermostat It was very frustrating we had to shut off the air conditioner to try to warm the room up there was issues in that room which was room 227

The hotel was okay. We had mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom as there is no ventilation for when you shower. Breakfast was ok, but the pool isn’t anything spectacular. Geared towards younger kids the slide and regular pool is whereby my 8& 10 yea Old played. Additional parking fee for lot parking. Not covered or anything.

Average minus some necessities

Overall was good stay, however we had to ask for towels (we only had 3 in the bathroom for a family of 4 staying), no hand soap in bathroom on arrival, and had to ask for coffee cups as only 1 was in the room for a 2 night stay. They were helpful getting things when asked, but should have been in room already stocked when room was checked and ready for guests. The pool was a highlight for kids!

This place was HORRIBLE! Rude staff, wouldn’t all the people above me to stop jumping off the beds and rolling chair across the floor until 230am. I called and went to the front desk for help. Mine was given. 530am I was woke up after my 2 hrs of sleep to more jumping off the beds and more rolling the chair from one side of the room to the other. I went to the front desk at 6am to ask for help the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE said it was my word against theirs even though I had it on video. He did Absolutely Nothing to fix the sustain because he said he wasn’t going to stand outside their door to catch them in the act. We had the I’m for 13 hrs total and left early from out family vacation due to lack of sleep and feeling defeated in our efforts to get help with the situation. I would not recommend this place. The room was Filthy. I mean very dirty. Housekeeping started to knock on our door every 5-10 min staring at 9am even though we had a dnd sign on the door and check out wasn’t until 11am. We finally left without showers because they wouldn’t stop coming to the door. I travel Allot for work and I’ve NEVER had this horrible of a stay. Ever!
