Room was great! Staff was friendly. The pool water was a little chilly but otherwise our stay was great. This is ome of our favorite places to stay.

Breakfast was good until our Sunday checkout day. We were down at 8:30am and there were no hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits) available. I eat mostly protein so this wasn’t ideal. I made a sugary waffle instead. There were no plates or paper plates available. Asked the front desk worker and she seemed annoyed at the question and was unaware that breakfast a few feet away from her was a disaster. We then waited another 45 min for food. We ended up leaving because we couldn’t wait any longer. Front desk employee seemed demeaning to the employees about the situation. She was very loud at talking to them seemingly shifting all blame on them. Or that others messed up so that is why this happened. Didn’t like how she treated them. She could discuss this with the employees quietly and be respectful to them. It was uncomfortable and I expected better at a Hilton. Otherwise everyone else was lovely.

Enjoyed the stay. Everything was nice and clean , the staff was there to serve me. Whatever I needed was taken care of on the spot no waiting around they were there. Good people. Definitely be back next year.
