We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place in downtown Omaha/Old Market. Everything was very quiet, dining was nearby and shopping was close by. The only complaint that I would have is that the $25 per night parking fee is way too high! It should have only been $15 at the very most!

I will start by saying we stayed for 4 nights. The room was a bit small for that long with 4 people. Our first night we had to change rooms due to the AC being broken, but the front desk was accomodating and even ran new room cards up right away for the next room over. Breakfast at the hotel was average, but they could not keep up with the amount of people staying. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe with lots of homeless people and drug activity around. However there are many great food options in the area!

Overall wonderful

Wonderful views, wonderful breakfast. Self service kiosk was not working for snacks and they wouldn’t let us purchase at desk. Had to put things back. That’s hard for kiddos.
