We loved the location- but the restaurant/bar closed at 10:00pm so after our show there was no going for food and a drink. And we couldn’t find vending machines anywhere. We ended up walking to a restaurant but would have much rather been at the hotel. We will not be staying here again.

The checking in process was a bit unnecessary and exhausting. The elevators ran extremely slowly. With the parking accessibility and fees, being separate, and pricey. The ice is kept in ziplock bags frozen solid, located inside of a deep freezer. The hotel could really benefit from some much needed upgrades. A positive was having darker makeup removing washcloths.😊

What a great way to experience Omaha Friendly people from start to finish This is an older hotel but still has the charm it deserves You are within walking distance of Old Market / AMAZING Steakhouses and the state walking bridge If you have the energy, you can walk to the zoo / aquarium Ignore the reviews about safety, this hotel is in downtown and its going to be busy, but it is safe
