It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some cheap hotels. Our first night we had to go in three different rooms and none of them worked so we checked out the next day. It took 15 to 20 minutes for someone to check us in when the hotel finally showed up he made a loud burp right in my face there are stains on the sheets holes in the bathroom and my wife got a sliver glass in her finger when she wiped down the counter between the two beds if you need a cheap place to stay I recommend spend the extra $50 more to find the next best one

We could not stay at this hotel. The front turnstile door was broken and had caution tape across it. To get to the rooms the exterior fire door was propped open and the second door into the hotel, which had a card keypad, was unlocked. The exterior of the hotel was not secured. The hallway carpets and elevator were filthy and there was a heavy smell of cigarettes and weed. The room itself was filthy and had a heavy smell of cigarettes and weed. It was a nonsmoking room.The bathroom had used dirty towels hanging on the curtain rod and the tub was dirty. There was a heavy film of grime and dirty on the nightstands, TV, and windows. The exterior window opened and didn’t have a screen so it was a straight drop from the third floor. As we left our room there was a woman scrambling out of the elevator who told us she was fleeing an abusive man who was probably right behind her. We didn’t not feel safe and when we told the front desk they said I had to call Expedia for a refund, which after calling was not true. As we walked to our car the police showed up. When I called to follow up after contacting Expedia the front desk will not pick up the phone.

Staff didn't appear to understand English and could not cout to 4. Although i did overlook construction it made everything inconvenient. Our bathtub took forever to drain i dont like standing in ankle or higher deep water to shower. Room was so hot we were sweating in the winter. I will not be back and honestly don't recommend. Oh and towels that was my biggest compliant a party of 4 and only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. We had to ask several times for extra.

Not as advertised. Room was disgusting and not cleaned when I showed up. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke and is visibly dirty. I refused to stay. They refunded me back 1 night and refused to refund me full price despite utilizing NO services. I would never recommend to ANYONE.

I took pictures of the room. The carpet is filthy needs to be pulled up an out to the garbage shoot. The tub had a ring around it as big as the earth. Tables weren't wiped it was a rush job. The sheets had permanent blood stains. It was nasty. I slept in my clothes. I couldn't wait to go home. I was treating my kids to a swim an chill night. It was night of fright. Please give us our deposit an the day we never stayed we also want that refunded. They didn't have a iron also. The breakfast was not breakfast. Staff were ok. Dogs barked all night as well. I will never go again.
