There are numerous expectations about stains and cleanliness for guests (which makes sense). But we were placed in a room with several large rug stains and peeling wall paper. We requested a room change, which was granted, but had to go up and down two more separate times to bring our stuff down to the front, return our old key, get a new key, and bring our stuff to our new room. Our room was never cleaned after our first night, and while only getting one wash cloth for two people the first night, we didn't get any new ones. When we asked front desk for wash cloths upon returning for the second night, we were given face towels because they "couldn't get to the cleaning supplies." The elevators also smelled really poorly. This was also quite honestly the worst continental breakfast I've ever had. Milk for cereal was just kind of out on the counter, they had just a couple of muffins, and the coffee had run out both mornings. The main picture is also very misleading. Makes it seem like there's a pool to use, but it's not until you show up to the front desk that you find out that the pool is unavailable due to construction.

Property was adequate but definitely a bit old and tired. A bit more attention could be paid to cleanliness. Carpets could use a good cleaning and housekeeping seemed to have missed cleaning my bathroom sink but otherwise the property was adequate for the price I paid.

The property is not well taken care.. The staff is extremely rude…. Thieves stole my E bikes right under their security cameras, and they would not cooperate in finding them.. I actually feel like they were in on it

The pool was closed for renovations. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. We talked two days beforehand to be sure the pool was open. They told us it was, so we booked our room and then the next day it’s closed. The employee wasn’t apologetic. Just simply stated it’s closed for two weeks, here’s your paper to sign. Our room key also stopped working during our stay. We were on the sixth floor and had to come back to the front desk where the employee didn’t even talk to us during that interaction. The room was clean, hotel was clean, breakfast staff was great. The front desk was awful.

Wyndham was nice... Room was spacious and comfortable temperature (big stain on carpeting, but okay!). Only disappointment was that pool was not available. Our stay was Friday and Saturday nights, and we called on Wednesday to check on the pool (many reviews said pool was not available). Was told that pool had been renovated - and was done... just waiting on inspectors who were due in that day. It was not available when we were there. If pool is not available - just let the guests know. Breakfast was good and room was a very good value.

When we got to the property we found out the pool was closed amongst many other things that were out of order like the ice machine for example. The property reeked of cigarette smoke and the ground was dirty in the elevator all the way to our bedroom.

Staff was rude. Pool area is cool. Ask for more pool towels and they gave me only 2. I had told them there was about 15 people in the pool. They said, thats all they had.
