This spacious holiday apartment is located in a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the heart of Omiš, just around 100 metres from the sea, sandy beach and city centre. Thanks to its excellent location, you can conveniently reach restaurants, shops and bars on foot, while simultaneously enjoying peace and a magnificent sea view. The authentic stone house combines the charm of Dalmatian construction with modern comfort and offers several attractive apartments in total – each with its own terrace and view of the Adriatic.
The 65 m² apartment is located on the first floor and is ideal for families or groups of up to six people. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a large, private terrace with a breathtaking sea view.
The first bedroom is air-conditioned and offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a single bed, a sleeping chair and a baby cot. The second bedroom is also spacious and features a double bed, another single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as access to a small balcony.
The combined living and dining area is equipped with a dining table, SAT-TV and a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm). The adjacent kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: electric cooker with two hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, cookware, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
