The thing that separate us from many similar around is astonishing outside area with nice private pool and great barbecue area for your leisure time.

Apartment Lana is located on the first floor of the family house and it has 77 square meters of inner space and additional 250m2 of outside space. Private pool size is 5,5 meters X 3,3 meters and it is situated next to the beautiful barbecue/outside dinning area. Inner space has 2 rooms with double beds, one bathroom and cozy spacious kitchen/dinning living area. Also there is nice terrace to enjoy in magnificent views.

Guests can exclusively enjoy 77 square meters of inner space and 250 square meters of beautiful outside area designed around private pool. Whole property is just for one group of guests.

Erholung pur

Wir haben 14 wundervolle und erholsame Tage in Ostrvica verbracht. Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen mindestens erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage, dennoch sind die Städte Omis und Split mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen und es bietet sich für Ausflüge entlang der Küste oder ins weitere Hinterland sehr gut an. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Die Matratzen sind wunderbar. Marijo und seine Tochter Lana sind tolle Gastgeber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche ausgewechselt. Marijo hat uns mit frischem Obst versorgt und war stets sehr, sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die tolle aussen Anlage mit eigenem Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt eine gut eingerichtete Küche, Klimaanlage (nur im Wohnzimmer), eine Waschmaschine im Bad sowie Dinge wie Bügelbrett, Waschpulver etc. Ein schöner Garten mit gemauertem Grill und sehr gepflegtem Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung runden das tolle Angebot ab. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und stand in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit uns. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben und bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Zu Beginn des Urlaubs wurden wir mit Früchtekorb und den landestypischen Pfannkuchen begrüßt. Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub sehr genossen und können Ferienhaus und Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen!
