Perfect family holiday villa

Kind, thoughtful generous hosts, who run the excellent restaurant next door...great craft beer and cider too. All rooms are a generous size, 3 with balconies. Pool is perfect, bbq area excellent. And the views are simply amazing. Superb location for a family holiday (we had 7 adults and 2 young children. In summary, great location, spaxious villa, awesome views..

A beautiful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 1 week in the second week of September! The property is just as nice as the photos and the view is even better! Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests. You will need a car to get around as nothing is walkable from the property, we sadly missed the restaurant being open! But I imagine that is very handy so you don’t need to drive out for dinner. I would really recommend!!

Toller Ausblick, schöne Villa und herzliche Gastgeber!

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und betreiben ebenfalls ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und gutem Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Ausblick von der Villa ist gigantisch. SommerkĂŒche und Pool sehr gesellig fĂŒr eine große Familie. Der Strand ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Villa liegt oben auf dem Berg. Morgens mit der Familie draußen zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken, einfach toll! Vielen lieben Dank!

Best holiday experience you can get in Croatia

We were three families with 6 adults and 3 little children and it was just perfect to stay in Villa Maslina. The house is beautiful and offers enough space for everyone and the pool was great and has salt water, which is so much better than the usual chlorinated water. The view from the balcony and terrace is stunning! We enjoyed the BBQ and the greatly equipped kitchen. And if you are not in the mood for cooking, the Taverna just downstairs offers really delicious food. Last but not least, we are very grateful to Toni and his family for their warm welcome, great recommendations for beaches and trips and the friendly and familial communication that made our vacation very special. We will come back to Villa Maslina for sure.

Lovely villa

Perfect villa for our large family, the 2 areas worked well for us. Great pool and amazing views. The owners couldn’t do enough to help us, even picking us up when our hire car broke down. Enjoyed sampling their home brewed ales downstairs. Perfect holiday and would highly recommend. Very peaceful area but not far from Omis and Split

Fantastic Holiday

We stayed at Tonys Villa between 5 - 14 July and had an amazing time. we were 2 families, 9 people in total. The villa was very clean and well presented. The views out to Brac Island are incredible and whether you are eating breakfast or drinking a glass of wine in the evening you will never tire of the view. The vila was split into 2 levels and therefore perfect for 2 families. The pool and covered eating area are elevated above the house and the perfect place to relax or have an evening meal. Tony and his daughter Lucy were the perfect hosts. Tony could not do enough for us, advice, tour of his families wine cellar and even a lift in and out from Omis when Croatia were playing England in the World Cup semi-final! The only cautionary note I would make about the villa was the road up to it. A narrow road with some big drops. I got used to it but my wife never really relaxed doing the drive. The nearby town of Omis is delightful and has some very nice restaurants. The coastline is a treasure trove of hidden coves. The beaches are all stony so bring water shoes and the water is beautifully clear. Swimming in the sea looking up at the nearby towering cliffs is a sight that will live long in the memory. One of the best days out we had was when we went white water rafting for 12 miles along the river Omis. Tony and Lucy thank you for one of the best holidays we have ever had in your beautiful villa.

Wonderful stay in excellent Villa with outstanding view

The house and the apartments were very clean, light, modern and airy, very well maintained. We found everything according to the pictures and description - and better. The terraces in each of the apartments and the places at the pool have an outstanding view. The house is in a very quiet, countryside area. To drive to busy Omis takes only a view minutes by car.The same applies to reach one of the many bays with small and beautiful beaches. We have been 2 families with 4 and 5 persons, enjoying the 2 apartments, which share one entrance. Tonći and his family are very warm, friendly and welcoming hosts. To summarize, we would like to thank Tonći for this wonderful stay.

Die Villa Maslina ist hervorragend. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen.

Wir (9 Personen) waren im Juli fĂŒr eine Woche dort. Wir trafen auf einen Ă€ußerst freundlichen Vermieter der nebenan wohnt. BegrĂŒĂŸt wurden wir mit einer Flasche Slibowitz. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist himmlisch. Der Ort Omis (8 Kilometer entfernt) ist sehr schön. Er ist von Bergen eingerahmt. Eines Morgens, ich brachte gerade den MĂŒll raus, kam die Mutter vom Vermieter mir entgegen und gab mir zwei Teller mit CrĂȘpes. Himmlisch. Auch brachte uns der Vermieter sein selbstgebrautes Bier zum probieren. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus besten Heruens empfehlen. Einzige EimschrĂ€nkung. Man benötigt ein Auto

Einfach perfekt!!!!!!

Wir hatten 12 unvergesslich schöne Tage in der Villa Maslina. Die Villa sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern, so dass man in keinster Art und Weise eine böse Überraschung erlebt. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum! Groß, hell und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber genĂŒgend BĂ€der und Zimmer, welche alle geschmackvoll mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet sind. Das Haus und die Aussenanlage waren bei Ankunft blitzeblank. Das Highlight des Hauses ist natĂŒrlich der Aussenbereich mit Sitzecke und Pool. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön... Man kann wirklich ewig dort oben sitzen und einfach nur Richtung Meer gucken... In der Hausbeschreibung steht zwar Salzwasserpool aber der Salzgehalt ist so gering, dass man diesen kaum wahr nimmt. Der Aussenbereich verfĂŒgt weiterhin ĂŒber einen grossen Grill und einer kleinen Kochecke. Da das Haus in den Bergen liegt fĂ€hrt man von Omis ca. 10 Minuten einen Weg direkt am Abhang entlang. Dies war die ersten Tage etwas furchteinflĂ¶ĂŸend, aber man gewöhnte sich sehr schnell daran. Der Vermieter namens Toni ist ebenfalls unbeschreiblich, aber durchweg im positiven Sinne! Höflich, freundlich, zuvorkommend und so herzlich und gastfreundlich, sowas erlebt man wirklich selten. Wir wurden regelmĂ€ssig mit seinem selbstgebrauten Wein und Bier, sowie seinem eigens angebauten GemĂŒse versorgt. Bei jeglichen Fragen ist er der beste Ansprechpartner und hilft einem sofort weiter. Dennoch ist er dabei aber niemals aufdringlich, sondern besucht die meiste Zeit seine Mutter die im NebengebĂ€ude wohnt. Die Mutter sieht man so gut wie nie war aber auch sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich bei kurzen Begegnungen. Fazit: Es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit als dieses Haus und diesen Urlaub mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Zu 1000% empfehlenswert!!!! Dear Toni: this was one of our best vacations ever! Perfect holiday accommodation

This was truly a fantastic family villa in a perfect location . Just under an hour from split airport and basically one road with only one turn off near the end. It's situated 10 mins outside of omis on the side of a mountain range. The views are spectacular overlooking the Adriatic sea and brac island directly opposite. On arrival we were greeted by the villa owners and we were immediately made to feel relaxed and welcome with a drink and a sit down for everyone. After a drink we were shown around the villa and it was spotless and beautifully presented. Nothing was to much trouble during our stay and gifts of homemade wine , beer and pancakes were a lovely touch from our hosts. The swimming pool and upper terraces have to be one of the best parts of this villa as they are above the house and have beautiful views. You can have your family meals up there with a large table and the swimming pool is well maintained and a great size. We had 9 people in and there was still a good amount of space. Overall the villa , location and the owners made this a truly unforgettable holiday with so much to see and do. Highly recommended for any age range. Top activities on the doorstep Include the zip wires, boat hire up the river in omis, mountain walks behind the villa and from omis up to the forts (Amazing views) all day boat trip to bol on brac island , split city and just tons of beaches. We will defiantly be visiting again and will be booking this villa without a doubt. Thanks Tonci and family for your kindness . Amazing * * * * *

A wonderful villa

This villa was perfect for our group of 9, compromising extended family. The layout worked really well for a bit of privacy but with plenty of space to eat and spend time together. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. The views are beautiful, the pool was a massive hit with the kids and the location was great as a base. We'd definitely go back, Toncis and his family were wonderful and their level of care and attention were so appreciated.

Perfekter Urlaub! Gerne wieder!

Das Haus befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt von Omis entfernt. Ein Auto ist daher empfehlenswert. ParkplĂ€tze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. In Omis selbst gibt es Restaurants, sportliche AktivitĂ€ten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Nach Split ist man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen im Alter von 29 bis 34. Das Haus samt Außenanlage ist neuwertig und sehr gepflegt (!!!). Obwohl wir 9 erwachsene Personen waren, hatte jeder genung Platz und Freiraum. Der Poolbereich bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Hinter dem Pool befinden sich Olivenhaine und Berge. Man hat somit die absolute Ruhe und PrivatsphĂ€re. Neben dem Pool befinden sich Sitzmöglichkeiten, die wir fast tĂ€glich bei unserem BBQ genutzt haben. Unser Vermieter und seine Familie nahmen uns herzlich auf und kĂŒmmerten sich sehr um unser Wohl. NĂŒtzliche Tipps zu Restaurants und sonstigen AktivitĂ€ten rund um Omis (z.B. Rafting, Tauchen) gab es oben drauf. Das Haus ist mehr als zu empfehlen! Wir wĂŒrden alle nochmals einen Urlaub in der Villa Maslina buchen. Vielen Dank!

Absolutely beautiful huge villa with the most stunning view!

We have just returned from the most amazing 2 weeks at Villa Maslina. The villa is just beautiful with more than enough room for 10-12 people and is set high in the mountain with a stunning view over the sea towards the island Brac. The wonderful Kovacic family that own it have thought of everything you could possibly need whilst staying there. It is so well equipped including an outdoor BBQ and eating area next to the gorgeous pool, there is even a little play shed with toys for young children. There are so many different balaconies to sit on and admire the views and enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day exploring. We were two families and found it the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas. We took many early morning walks up the mountain in Lokva, including walking into Omis one day. The Kovacic family were the perfect hosts and we particularly enjoyed their generous tasty homemade delights. They were also really helpful booking us the most exhilarating trips: ratfting, kayaking and zip lining. There are many beautiful little beach coves with crystal clear water nearby too. Mirjana who we booked it through was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, answering my many questions quickly :) if we were to return to Omis again we would most definitely stay at Villa Maslina without a doubt! :) Thank you lovely Kovacic family!

Great House, Super location and view!

Very nice spacious house. The house is really as you may imagine with the pictures. Very clean and a lot off space. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpfull. I can recommend the house and would return immediatly!

Erholsame Ferien mit traumhaften Blick

Wir (2 Familien mit Kindern) haben den Urlaub in der Villa Maslina sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sehr sauber; die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool liegt wunderschön mit Blick ĂŒber das Meer zur Insel Brac. Daneben befindet sich ein großer ĂŒberdachter Bereich, wo man vor der Sonne geschĂŒtzt oder am Abend lange sitzen kann (mit der Möglichkeit zum Außenkochen). Auch ein gemauerter Grill ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns auch mit eigenen Naturalien wie hauseigenen Wein versorgt. Eine runde Sache

Super huis en superlocatie!

Prachtige locatie. Mooi ruim huis met voldoende ruimte. Balkons aan voor en zijkant dus konden meedraaien met de zon. Eigenaar is heel aardig en vriendelijk, we kregen direct een warm ontvangst. Kinderen vonden het zwembad heerlijk.

Maison extrĂȘmement propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, spacieuse, literie confortable. Rien ne manque La cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© est vraiment un atout et la piscine avec sa vue est sublime. Les propriĂ©taire sont d'une trĂšs grande gentillesse et trĂšs attentionnĂ©s. Un vrai plaisir. Maison situĂ©e Ă  10 mn en voiture d'Omis et 5 mn des plages. Je recommande cette villa.

A truly beautiful house!

Villa Maslina is an amazing place to stay and I would recommend it to everyone. It really is a truly beautiful house with the most amazing view! Perfectly clean and fresh with all modern facilities. A large house with bedrooms, lounge and kitchens on two floors so there is plenty of room for 10-12 people. And with so many wonderful balconies to sit outdoors it is the perfect place to relax! I would love to go again.
