Emplacement idéal, séjour parfait

Nous avons passé 10 jours au sein de la villa. Les hÎtes sont trÚs sympa, disponibles en étant trÚs discrets. (vus à l'arrivée et au départ) L'emplacement est parfait, central pour visiter Split et pousser le temps d'une journée à Dubrownik. Maison propre, qui possÚde tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci encore :)

Stay at Villa Jelena Sept ‘24

This is a lovely Villa situated in the hills outside of OmiĆĄ, the host was very helpful as we arrived later than planned and was there to greet us and settle us in, even providing some fresh food and drink for us after a long journey. The Villa had everything we needed and the Host was in contact to ensure we had a great stay. The whole stay was very relaxing and the check out process very easy.

Brilliant family villa, located in the peace and quiet

We had a brilliant few days here, but wished it was longer. The location outside Omis is beautiful. Surrounding mountains and farmland make for so much peace. Loads of towels and bedding, a really well layed out kitchen (with all utensils and a toasted sandwich machine!) with 2 great balconies, including ping pong table too. The host was amazing, meeting g us there (even when we were late) , showing us around and then giving us extra info all through our stay. The best pace we have stayed for a while,

We stayed for two weeks in Villa Jelena (2 families, 8 people). The house left nothing to be desired and we felt very comfortable! The very friendly and warm host couple supported us quickly and with valuable tips when we had questions about excursions! On the day of arrival we were surprised with fresh fruit and regional products! We had a very relaxing vacation and will definitely be back!

Fabulous holiday villa

Lovely villa in a small rural village near to Omis. The villa is very spacious with plenty room for one or two families. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Everything was in good condition. The pool was great with a little shade early morning and in full sun later in the day. The pool is same depth throughout with steps at one end and a shelf to sit on at the other. The shaded balconies were perfect to sit outside but not be in full sun. The views were amazing and the area is very quite and peaceful. It is a short drive into Omis where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and activities to book. Jelena was a perfect host- there if you needed her but left us to enjoy the villa in peace. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. House and gardens are immaculate. It’s about 10mins drive down windy road to Omis which is a really nice town but busy ... we were glad to return to the peace and quiet in Naklice each evening. We slept in til 11 some mornings it was so nice and quiet 😳😊 There is small supermarket 5 mins drive away and a great restaurant in Nacklice. Lots of fun things to do in Omis/we particularly liked the rafting, zip lining and a day at Fortica Beach Bar (great place to watch sunset) Jelena is lovely and very helpful... We really appreciated lovely basket of fruit wine bread cheese on our arrival m. Highly recommended to all ... those with toddlers might want to discuss options re the stairs but for anyone else - excellent!!

Excellent Villa

We were a group of 6 adults staying for 1 week. Everything about this stay was perfect, would highly recommend. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and was available by phone during the week if we had any issues (we didn’t). The villa was immaculately clean and the pool was cleaned everyday at 7am. The local area was great for exploring, we kayaked in Omis up the Cetina river, halfway point was a resteraunt where they served the best pancakes! Climbing up to the fort at sunset was a highlight for some of the group. The beaches and coves outside Omis were great for a day of snorkelling. If you search, you will definitely find unoccupied small coves where you can swim in the warm clear waters of the Adriatic. We had a days visit to the island of Brac. We booked tickets online and aimed to get the 11am ferry from Makarska to Sumartin. Be warned however that having a ticket does NOT reserve your place on the ferry! Once they have 25 cars the ferry is full, it’s essentially a first come first served system. We had to wait for the next ferry at 2:30pm. Having said that Makarska is a lovely place to spend a few hours. We came back via Supetar to Split which was a 100 car ferry so no problem with getting a space. The last ferry of the day leaves at 10:45pm. Would recommend a trip to Milna whilst on Brac it is a beautiful picturesque village with lovely stone houses along the coastline. The marina is great for people watching whilst enjoying a nice cold drink. The villa is situated in a small village and it was a pleasure to sit on one of the many verandas each morning and hear village life going on around you. We would HIGHLY recommend a visit to the very reasonably priced Konoba Palacio just a short walk from the villa. Booking is advised as it gets very busy. Tell the chef your requirements (fish or meat) and he will perform a miracle! Try the local wine, it’s delicious. As you will gather from the review,we had a great week and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful villa. Fabulous location

We have a wonderful week at Villa Jelena. The villa was beautiful and very clean. The location is great just minutes from Omis. From here we travelled to Dubrovnik, Split and visited Hvar. As well as enjoying the local beaches which are beautiful. There is a great resturant within the village where you should try the local speciality (Peca). Jelena the owner is lovely and was very responsive when there was a minor maintenance issue part way through the stay. (It was sorted immediately and in no way disturbed our enjoyment of the villa) I would totally recommend the villa - you will not be disappointed

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung - Erholung pur!!!

In der Villa Jelena kann man einen super Urlaub verbringen. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die KĂŒchen sind gut ausgestattet, es gibt auf den Terrassen jede Menge Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Garten und Pool sind top gepflegt und wenn man Fragen hat, kann man die Vermieterin auch gut erreichen. Sie hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekĂŒmmert und uns auch wertvolle Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und Gastronomie gegeben. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Die Villa Jelena ist (wie die Bilder gut zeigen) ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Diese Unterkunft können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!!

Fabulous property in a great location, with very friendly and helpful owner.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Villa Jelena from the minute we arrived to our departure. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. The property is fabulous, providing excellent, spatious, well equiped and maintained accommodation. There are lots of places to sit and relax, both inside and outside, either enjoying the Croatian sunshine or under shade if that's what you want. Similarly you can cook and eat in either of the two inside kitchens or outside at the BBQ area. The bedrooms are very comfortable, particularly with air conditioning and balconies to each one. Outside the grounds are again spatious and well maintained, with an excellent pool, outside shower and sun lounger area. The property's sauna is also a great place to relax and unwind. Located in Naklice the property benefits from it's elevation to provide a quiet, sunny location. The people in surrounding area are all very friendly and there is only a short walk to the fantastic Kanoba Palacio restaurant. It is also a short drive down to Omis where there is very good beach, the Cetena river/canyon and some lovely shops and bars. If you are feeling energetic you can also walk to and from Omis. Our family had such a great time and we hope to return to Villa Jelena.

Lovely location

The location near Omis was excellent for beaches to the south, activities and local facilities. The house was beautifully presented and comfortable with excellent facilities. The owner was helpful and charming, and provided a much enjoyed welcome of food and advice. The konoba Palaccio in Naklice is highly recommended.

Super Haus und nette Vermieten

Alles bestens gelaufen. Hatten das Haus fĂŒr 2 Wochen gebucht und wurden freundlich empfangen. GetrĂ€nke und eine Wurst KĂ€seplatte stand bereit. Wir wurden durch das Haus gefĂŒhrt. Nach einer Woche wurden die Betten frisch bezogen und es gab frische HandtĂŒcher. Einziger Nachteil, ein Auto ist ein muss, sonst kommt man nur nach OmiĆĄ und in ein paar umliegende Dörfer.
