Comfortable, clean and great location

We had a wonderful stay at One Mile coast and country estate. The house, pool and gardens were big and well maintained. Plenty of room for 2 families and the pool table and media room was a big hit with the teenagers. We will definitely book again!

We loved staying at the coast and country estate, we had a little problem with the aircon and it was addressed very quickly which was excellent. The pool was amazing and the grass was exceptionally soft. We would love to stay here again next year.

Our getaway

Very happy with this property but we did have a few issues. I think the bbq needs to be cleaned and replaced, also the frying pan needs to be replaced. The bins were full on arrival. The soap dispenser was empty in both bathrooms. The dishwasher was full on arrival. The property itself was perfect for our stay and location was great would certainly recommend

Beautiful Place

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need. The 15m heated pool is amazing. If we weren't in the pool we were playing pool in the games room or man shed as my son called it. A few small issues but wouldn't markdown the rating for them. There was a mix up with the cleaners not expecting us to arrive and because of the inconvenience we received a lovely complementary grazing box the next day. The home theatre system told us it needs a new globe so we didn't use it, no lights were working in the master suite and we couldn't get the aircon working in the bedrooms. We only needed two of the five bedrooms so wasn't a great issue for us we just used the rooms closest to the aircon that was working! Couldn't use the foosball table as one of the players must have had an accident and lost his legs. The game room is setup really nicely some updated accessories cue rack etc would be great. We loved that they arrange for somebody to take the bins out and bring them back in the next day. Such a nice quiet spot. Beautifully kept gardens. I would love to stay again another time.

Nice prooerty bad lacked basic toiletries

The vacation home was nice and comfy and as per the pictures. However the overall experience was unsatisfactory due to a very unpleasant guest experience. 1.NO ADDITONAL TOILET ROLLS IN THE HOUSE WERE PROVIDED.It was so unusual and unexpected that not a single spare roll. 2.NO SHOWER GEL HANDWASH IN ANY OF THE TOILETS. I have never experienced any such thing in other similar services, with this basic stuff missing.It was so unpleasant to have to go out and buy basic toiletries particularly after paying so much for the place. 3.NO ADDITONAL TOWELS.We were using the pool and being avery hot summer we were taking showers twice and there were just one single towel for all for the entire stay.Never before we have found such stingy basics.Very disappointing.No several pool towels. 4.NOONE PICKED THE CALLS OR RESPONDED TO TEXTS. Since Saturday morning multiple attempts via calls or text to reach property manager none was responded. 5.POOL LIGHTS WERE NOT INFORMED GIW TO TURN ON.Due to the heat we wanted to go in the pool in the evening but could not figure out how to turn other lights. No information was available, or reaching out to the team helped as no one was picking up.Very dissatisfied

Weekend Away

Very nice property, had everything we needed. Did lots of activities and relaxed Swimming pool was not hot took 1.5 days to get to the nice temperature level for swimming. Gas stoves are not lighting properly, the big stove main one in the middle is not working Poor communications when booking the room, paid $100 for extra bed for a kid, there was no bed, just the normal sofa bed in the back room were a 12 year old kid is not expected to sleep at the back away from everyone at a new house. Requested a refund of $100 as nothing extra was done as a member had to sleep on sofa. Request was denied.

Overall we are happy with the property. * Pool and yard are well maintained * big front and back yard with plenty of space for kids to run around. *The Vacuum cleaner broke down, so during our stay, we had to make use of the broom, the bedroom was dusty, but this could be due to the vacuum breaking down, and the cleaner couldn't do their job properly. Things to improve on. * The entertainment room is very stuffy, and it doesn't help when there is no control for the electric roller shutter to let air fresh into the room. * the air-con is extremely loud when operate. * we helped to clean the garbage bin, we need to use the bin and found that the bin kind of smell so we hosed down the bin and air dry it as we need to use it, somehow this annoy the cleaner.

Loved it, would recommend ... and a bit of feedback

Overall it was amazing, so comfortable and lots of space. I would thoroughly recommend. I have some feedback that hope is useful. The outdoor BBQ was dissappointing and tiny to try and feed 11 people. a large flat plate bbq would be ideal. The TV controls were really tough to navigate and turn down the volume. A detailed set of instructions would help. The whole process was slow. A few things missing like a pizza cutter, more tongs, large chopping boards and large serving plates would be good. thank you

Family 70th birthday

The house was fantastic, the cinema and pool was much appreciated by all in the group. The size of the back yard was fantastic and well utilised by the children. The environment was very relaxing with the call of the birds early in the morning. It was just a short drive to the shops which was handy. As a suggestion more cutlery be added as there was only cutlery for 10 people. Also an outside heater to fully utilise the amazing outdoor area. In our circumstances it would have been preferable to have more single beds. They were only minor issues that didn't detract from the weekend. Thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home.

10 melaleuca drive one mile

House was nice but there were a few details that were not up to standard or not well maintained. The kids loved the cinema room and pool. However the tv aerial was broken which meant we could not get free to air tv. Lucky we could use our own Netflix account. The gas fire heater was broken which had been a selling point for us choosing the house. There were a few other poorly maintained things like the fan in the ensuite bathroom not working, toilet seat broken and there the washing powder box provided was empty. Overall we enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful location. Great house for families.

My experience

Overall it was good, the only negative awas the sewage, the septic tank hadn’t been emptied and gushed out from the drains and inside the sun room contaminating clothes and shoes and bags in the room. Monday morning the grass was cut early morning (woke everyone up and my baby) this should of been done without guests or before check in. One on the rooms wasn’t a room it just had a wardrobe type door that divided the rooms. It was really uncomfortable due to lack of privacy. Curtain was broken, tap wouldn’t turn off in laundry aswell. But I would definitely stay here again and these are just little issues to improve for the next person

We couldn't have been happier with the property and the listing was spot on. Our group of 12 were there to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and my 70th birthday. We all enjoyed the pool and the movie room ! The beds and bedding were super comfortable and there was everything we needed on hand. We met with the agent Adam on our arrival and he was great, explaining about the pool , movie room, bbq and the surrounding beaches etc. A fun week with family and we were all happy to stay there the majority of the time and enjoy the space. Thanks so much it was just what we needed !
