Mattress Quality & Health Concerns: I was traveling with my wife and our 8-month-old baby. The mattress in our room was extremely soft and sagging, which caused significant discomfort and back pain. After the first night, I raised this issue with the front desk on September 6th. Unfortunately, I was informed that all rooms had the same type of mattress and no alternative could be provided. This made the stay very uncomfortable and unsuitable for a family with a baby. 2. Cleanliness at Breakfast Area: The breakfast area did not meet the cleanliness standards expected from a 3-star hotel. There were mosquitoes flying over the food, and the overall hygiene was poor. While this was concerning, the mattress situation was the main issue that made our stay unpleasant. Attempts to Resolve During Stay: I attempted to contact Expedia customer support on September 6th (Saturday night). However, due to connection issues and my baby crying, I was unable to reach an agent and could not call again during the stay. Request: I booked this property trusting Expedia’s standards and ratings. Unfortunately, the stay did not match expectations of comfort, health, or cleanliness for a 3-star hotel. Given these circumstances, I kindly request compensation in the form of a refund (or return of equivalent TD Rewards points). I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Rooms; the room was spacious but it was dirty and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds. The floors were dirty The hotel had a really bad smell like moldy. Breakfast; the typical continental breakfast. Airport; is close so if you are a light sleeper, you will will the planes all night long. I would not stay again.
