The guy who checked us in wasn't friendly. He seemed bothered we were there. The room smelled like mildew. Its supposed to be a vip hotel. It definitely wasn't. Ive stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion. This visit was very disappointing.

I chose this hotel because of the reviews but it was disappointing, before I got to my room I had to kill a roach in the hallway. The breakfast was subpar, I left hungry. They ran out of waffle mix, potatoes & sausage by 7:30. They did replace them but it took about 15 minutes. I paid for my room thru Expedia and the clerk wanted my credit card which I gave him a different one for incidentals, it was also charged for the room then refunded and then charged again for the room. They said that Expedia did that and that it had nothing to do with them, they couldn’t help me with it and said for me to call Expedia. That whole situation didn’t make sense, hopefully I’ll be refunded.

honestly no the carpet was filthy just looked dirty and the tile has not been mopped in who knows how long. we brought a dog and his water bowl had dripped on the tile floor i cleaned it up with towel and it was black from the floor. also i dont know who does the lighting in this hotel but you can barely see in the mirror its so dim. and pillows are a joke. and the breakfast was terrible waffles taste like wheat brand very weird tecture and sausage i would let my dog eat.
