The charming Villa Mamma Mia is the ideal choice for anyone looking to relax in a tranquil setting. This lovingly restored stone house is set on a 1200 m² plot and can accommodate up to 6 people with three bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and a private pool. The first floor consists of a comfortable living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The bedrooms, with king-size beds, and bathrooms are located on the second floor. Relax on the sun loungers by the private pool, enjoy a delicious meal from the barbecue or rent a bike and try the Parenzana trail. The orchard and the 50-year-old vineyard by the villa are also at your disposal.

Villa Mamma Mia is located in Oprtalj, a small town in Istria, only 7 km from the fortified town of Motovun. The charming hilltop town of Motovun is certainly the most famous and attractive medieval town in Istria and one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian inland. Exuding traditional Istrian charm and known as a monument town, Motovun offers spectacular views over hills covered with vineyards, hamlets and farmhouses, as well as over the magical Mirna Valley - the longest river in Istria.

Traditional local festivities as well as a renowned international film festival are held here, bringing this peaceful town to life. The town is also known for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, olive oil, homemade cheese, prosciutto, grilled meat and of course truffles, all of which can be sampled in restaurants in the numerous villages and towns in the area.

There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana (10 meters from the villa) - an old railroad line where you can experience a unique ride on a tourist train along the historic route.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem unglaublich tollen Haus. Als erstes war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter wirklich traumhaft. Bereits von unterwegs hat er uns Fahrvoschläge geschickt damit wir den Stau besser umfahren können. Das war wirklich unfassbar nett. Miljenko hat dann am Haus auf uns gewartet und uns mega freundlich empfangen. Er hat uns dann am Haus alles gezeigt und gesagt wie wir alles bedienen können und uns noch ein Willkommenskörbchen mit einigen Schmankerln geschenkt.Zusätzlich haben wir Routen geschickt bekommen, wo der nächste Supermarkt ist und von ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten die ganz nah sind und man selber aber vermutlich nicht finden würde. Dann haben wir in Ruhe alles ausgepackt und uns von Sekunde 1 an unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und die Aussicht auf das Bergdorf ist wunderschön. Unser Sohn hatte im Wasser wirklich die ganze Zeit seine Freude.Die Kirchenglocke und den Verkehr hört man von drinnen gar nicht. Die Fenster sind wirklich absolut dicht und es ist kein Lärm in den Schlafzimmern. Der Vermieter hat sich dann alle paar Tage gemeldet und gefragt ob es uns gut geht oder wir noch etwas brauchen und uns dann immer wieder ein paar Geheimtips geschickt welche wir total gerne angenommen haben. Das war wirklich klasse und super nett. Wir können das Haus wirklich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es fehlt einem dort an nichts wenn man einfach entspannen und ausruhen möchte. Auch Ausflüge sind von dort aus alle in höchsten 1,5 Stunden fahrt möglich und somit kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den super tollen Urlaub. Fremragende udsigt fra terrassen, blandt andet til den lille by Oprtalj, som man kan gå til på under 10 min. Der er en et lille marked, café og restaurant i byen.Ejeren af huset er utrolig venlig, imødekommende og hjælpsom.Vi kan kun anbefale andre at leje dette feriehus.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Mamma Mia.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Mamma Mia. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war unser Gastgeber jederzeit ansprechbar und zur Stelle, falls es Probleme gab. In der Umgebung kann man viel entdecken und schöne Ausflüge machen. Die Laufnähe zum Ort Oprtalj war auch perfekt. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist ungestört, kann aber dennoch fußläufig einen kleine Supermarkt und ein Restaurant erreichen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, besonders gut hat uns die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlagen gefallen und dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes, modernes Badezimmer hat. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, weswegen wir den eigentlich schönen Pool nicht so oft nutzen konnten. Vielen Dank!
