2023 UPDATE: We just purchased a new queen sleeper sofa and ottoman for our Living Room. 😊 We also purchased a new dining table and chairs. 😉

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please gather any used towels and place in tub. No need to strip beds. Place any remaining dirty dishes in dishwasher, with detergent, and run it. Place all bagged trash in outside trashcan.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ALL pets must be on a leash when outside. You MUST PICK UP after your pets ANYWHERE on the OBV property.
Please DO NOT allow your fur babies to lay, rub or scratch on our upholstery or beds.
***PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER IN OUR TOILETS BECAUSE WE ARE ON A SEPTIC TANK.***
