This beach home was absolutely amazing! The high-end finishes throughout the house made it feel luxurious yet comfortable. The views were beautiful and never got old. Even with five families staying together, the house was so spacious that it never once felt crowded.The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had plenty of seating, making it easy for our entire group of 21 to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together. Communication with the host was superb from the very beginning—responsive, helpful, and seamless throughout our stay.We stayed over New Year’s Eve and it was the perfect place to celebrate. A truly wonderful stay—we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

We (15 of us) just completed a fantastic week at Brown by the Beach. The house was exactly as advertized. The house was clean and the property management company was very responsive (both prior to and during the visit). We enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as the pool and all the patior space. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only issue we had was with the wifi (very weak signal). I highly recommend this property and would like the opportunity to stay there again.

The Absolute Complete Family Beach Stay Package!

There is not a single complaint myself or the whole family had on our stay here. 16 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was also a great bonus that almost every bedroom had their own bathroom attached. The place was clean, the management was timely responsive to any questions I had and you can’t beat being only a short walkway from the beach. Would 100% stay here again, our family is thankful for our memories made here!

We booked this property because it had plenty room & a private heated pool; however, the pool heater was broken. We called several times & were told they would send someone to fix it. Never happened!! Also, the WIFI was horrible & the only way you can use the microwave was by pressing the “popcorn” button!

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Loved being in a single house big enough for the entire family. Loved being close enough to the beach to walk it daily and the pool was a nice touch for the kids.

Great family vacation house!

The house was so well equipped, spacious and accommodating. We were able to spread out and have our own space while being able to enjoy our group all together in the common areas. There could have been more communication about accessing house speakers, dual dishwasher directions and pool options but we eventually figured it out. Overall a wonderful space for a family our size (17 total).

Big beautiful property on beach

A few glitches but very quick response from management..would definitely stay at again as with 21 people ages 4 to 70 there was plenty of room to spread out. We took a lot of unnecessary times since we didn't know what the house would have but didn't need ours because house was the best equipped we have ever stayed in.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time and had plenty of room to spread out. The beach was a easy walk over the bridge. We were a little bummed you can’t take a canopy all the way up to the water, it has to sit back a ways from the water. Next time we will bring beach umbrellas because those are acceptable by the water. Other than that all was great!

40th BDAY

This property was perfect for a long weekend celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. We had 15 ppl and there was plenty of space both in the common areas as well as bedrooms. Great location on the beach and near local shopping and bars.

Great place for large families and location!

We had 13 adults and one baby stay at this house and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for us to spread out and the location was absolutely perfect! Being on the beach was amazing. Orange Beach is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this house. I would say, it would’ve been nice to have a book or binder with things to do or top restaurants in the area, but that’s being picky. I do know they sent an email with some activities in the area. Overall it was a great house and family vacation!

Friend & Family Trip

We took advantage of a long weekend where our kids didn’t have School. The house was amazing, so much space for 7 family’s with kids ages 1 to 12! They all loved the bunk room. The additional set of washers and dryers upstairs was a game changer, as well as the ice machine in the pantry. The weather was a tad chilly but expected being it was October, the heated Pool was perfect since the ocean was cold! Only negative I would say is lots of stairs and when we arrived at 4pm to check in the house was still being cleaned. Took about thirty minutes for them to finish up & we weren’t given a heads up about the delay. Would splurge again and book this house in the future!
