First time renting a condo. It was wonderful! Beautiful views of the gulf and the sunrise from the 8th floor! Brandy was very helpful and quick to answer my questions! The condo was recently updated with new kitchen appliances and living room furniture. Really nice! We definitely will come back and stay here!!!!

We love to come in February to enjoy all the Mardi Gras festivities and to see our Snowbirds friends! Our Condo was very comfortable and homey. New appliances and living room furniture upgrades were a pleasant surprise. Anyone who wants a nice place to stay while in Orange Beach should really consider this one. You won't be disappointed! We are coming back next year in February!

The property was very comfortable and clean, as Phoenix properties always are! We especially love staying at the end near the pass, where you can watch the boats come and go, and it is less crowded. We could not have asked for better weather, the beach was not crowded, and we even got to see the blood moon! It was only 2 days, but one of the best beach stays ever!

Loved the condo and oved the view. Great stay. Really nice. Boardwalk was great for beach access. No stairs! I would suggest that you add that you have to go to Phoenix EAST main building to get into parking lot and get your parking pass. Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay!

The unit was nice

The unit was very nice and exactly as described. We were on the 8th floor. There were people with large speakers at the pool blasting music that we could hear inside our unit into the evening. They were there everyday and also decided to bring it to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was extremely disappointed. The house was lovely and the space was perfect for my family gathering. The lawn was unkempt. The house was dirty. One bathroom sink did not function. The patio furniture was filthy as well as the patio. The pool & hot tub had green mold all over them. The backyard where the pool was is a mess. I was completely embarrassed because I was the one that rented the house and my guests were brushing their teeth in the kitchen sink because their bathroom sink didn’t drain. I could have chosen many other houses. We particularly wanted a pool. And to find a disgusting pool was a disappointment and an embarrassment to me. I would NEVER recommend this rental. I have rented all over the country for many years and NEVER been so mislead. Take it off the market until you get in shape worthy of renting. Very poor business you are running. Nobody appreciates being misled.
