Excellent stay! Caribe is amazing and the room was great! Had an amazing view of the bay. Watched dolphins every morning. Fridge was unexpectedly out of order, but there was a temporary fridge in the unit
The unit was very clean, lots of extra blankets and pillows. Balcony overlooks the bay and part of the pool. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Separate ice maker was perfect for filling ice chest to bring down to pool. Never had to wait too long for the elevator. Biggest negative was the parking! We had to pay 25 for a parking pass and on multiple occasions there was not any spaces to park. The condo complex obviously oversold parking passes and we were told to pretty much figure it out. Overall we had a great stay and would for sure come back
The condo was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses! The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had a fun Motherâs Day family weekend. The pools and lazy River were perfect for the children!
This condo was a great layout for our family and we had plenty of space. We might have been catching the end of the busy season and the condo was a bit tired and in need of a deeper clean, but nothing terrible. It had everything we needed! The view and location was gorgeous. We did ask about parking ahead of time since we had a car topper, and were not given a clear answer about the parking situation. The lower level garage had a clearance of 7â6â (I think). That barely worked for us but our assigned spot on the second level was nowhere near enough, it was under 7â. It all worked out but just a heads up for anyone in the same boat. The resort was beautiful and there were lots of things for the kids to do. Even though we were there during spring break, we didnât have any trouble finding chairs by the pool on nice days. There were so many pool areas to choose from, inside and out and that was helpful as we had lots of different weather.
This condo is great if you enjoy the pool more than the beach. They had plenty of activities, such as putt putt golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, and a putting green. The only negative was the check in process. We had to go to building B to get parking passes, building C for armbands, then when we got to building D, our room keys didnât work and we had to go all the way back to building B to have them rekeyed. The room is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the bay. Cobalt restaurant is within walking distance from the room.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (incl 3 teenage sons). The balcony window views of the bay/canal were gorgeous and we enjoyed morning coffee while watching birds fly by and boats traveling in/out of the marina. We have stayed at Caribe before and LOVED the enhancements with the garage rooftop deck pool, lazy river, tiki bar and mini golf. This condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We even used the beach chairs since the beach is walking/trolley distance. Thank you Sands of Alabama!
Everything was great, except there was no arcade as advertised on property listing. One of the reason I picked this location for the kids. It now a coffee shop. Please remove this item from your advertisement
Next time will search for a cheaper place. Too many boom boxes playing around a crowded pool filled with small children. Our family vacation turned out to be certainly not worth the price we had to pay. I will not be using this complex again for my vacation plans
Great property location! Our condo overlooked the boats in the marina. It was great watching the boaters and fishermen. We also enjoyed all the different pools and The Lazy River! With the three bedroom en-suites, all of the adults were able to enjoy complete privacy. The huge living area easily accommodated all in our party!!
The place was fabulous. Out was very clean and spacious. We had 4 adults stay and it was perfect !!! We would sray there again in a heart beat. Lots of things to do and a great restaurant right there.

On the positive side, the condo was neat and clean. Appliances, beds, and decorating were all very good, Nice view of Perdido Bay (not the Gulf).
On the negative side, and these were disclosed on the listing, allowed only two vehicles and you have to pay for a parking permit. The fire alarm went off 3 times, all false alarms and once at 2:30 in the morning. They supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one ounce of dishwashing soap, one packet of dishwasher soap, one packet of laundry soap, no Kleenex, no pitchers for iced tea, and no batteries for the remote control. Very chintzy with the supplies. We also went out to dinner at the restaurant next door and the gate to let us back into the hotel property quit working causing us to walk a half mile or so to get back to the hotel. The gate was working earlier in the day. Not a terrible experience but I probably wonât be back. We were there for two weeks,
This property was the perfect getaway. From the moment you walk thru the door. The bright decor and spacious floor plan which centers around a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean set the tone for a fun and relaxing weekend. I will definitely stay at this property again.
