**WONDERFUL STAY**

Everything single thing about our stay was wonderful. From beginning to end. We loved the ease of parking in the parking garage and unloading everything almost right into our condo. The closeness of the pool and beach access were a huge plus. The condo was beautiful and clean

Check in was fine, not much you have to do but get a parking pass. Kitchen left a lot to be desired. Let’s be honest you can tell this condo is new to the rental game. In my opinion this condo was about 8-10k and months out from really being ready to rent to guest. The furniture was very old and very stained and dirty. The master bath had extensive flooding damage. Although not important the TV were definitely store bought demo TV’s. You could not get them out of this mode either, so the screen was very dark blue almost black. We contacted the host who stated they would have maintenance come look at them, which I can promise they never did. We have stayed at the Phoenix several times and this condo is not up to par with its contenders. Perks for sure were the parking pass included in the stay and the walk out floor.

Quick getaway

Great spot, ground floor and close to your parking spot made the check in a breeze. Close to the pool and grills, and add a few more steps and you are walking on the beautiful white sand beach. Plenty of dining options and shopping near by. inside the condo is all you will need needs for comfort away from home. I will stay here again if available.

If your a small family with 2 or less kiddos this is a great spot for you and the littles!! We had a great time and everything was easy peasy with the littles!! Also for couple getaway I highly recommend this stay as well!!

Thankful for the ground floor condo!!

Awesome ground floor! No elevator lines, COVERED parking with close proximity to the room!! Only complaint was the dirty/stained furniture and mold in the master shower!

I am very disappointed by the room. It was filthy and i was scared to touch anything. I really think they need to remodel or update or invest some time into correcting a number of things in this unit. I have tons of pictures to show exactly what i am referring to. I was so happy to leave and unfortunately will probably never stay at this condominium again.

Ground floor very convenient for pools, parking and unloading car. You did lack an ocean view as patio is below sand berm. You need a short stroll to view the beach & ocean. Accommodations are clean & comfortable. Check out is easy.

Pros and Cons

The beach was wonderful, we loved having the parking garage spot, and enjoyed the first floor location. The downsides to the condo were a little overwhelming. The couch and blue chair were completely worn out. The bed made so much noise that when you moved, you woke up the other person. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The kitchen had only bare minimum supplies. The shower did not drain correctly, the bathroom sink took forever to drain. The unit was much smaller than it appeared online. The pool was very dirty the first 3 days, it had floating debris and even foam on top at times. We will visit the area again, but would not rent this unit. We have rented multiple condos along the gulf, this was one of the roughest that we have ever stayed in. Updates needed.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for my 11 year old son and I. We could have easily slept 4-5. It is on the ground floor , near the pool and the reserved parking spot was a blessing. Literally steps away! I plan on renting this unit again.

Spring break family fun

We loved the beach front access of this one bedroom condo, and honestly our space and layout felt bigger then our friends 2 bedroom on 1st floor! Decor was up to date, but sink facet was older and difficult to turn off in the kitchen, many times found it still running. There were a couple loose tiles on the patio in need of repair. Overall had a great time and would rent this unit again.
