Pros: This condo has beautiful decor and a nice layout with the master suite separate from the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with quality glassware, cookware, and silverware. The view from the spacious balcony is gorgeous, railings that were secure & safe for our 2-yr-old and 10-month-old babies. Elevators are fast so being on floor 7 is not an issue. The Liquid Life Mgt company was very supportive.
Cons: There were a few things that were less than perfect.
--There was no colander or salad spinner- things I always need.
--The outer oven glass had shattered prior to our arrival, which the Mgt company had already advised me about. They'd been told the shattered glass was all cleaned up, but there were at least 100 more pieces inside the door, and they continuously fell out when I opened & closed the oven door. Fortunately I arrived a few hours before the 10-month-old so I had time to avert a disaster before he arrived. He eats everything!
--The vacuum had no suction but a new one was delivered the next day after I reported it.
--One of the (2) irons has red plastic melted on it, which unfortunately I did not notice so it got on my white blouse.
--The beds were not very comfortable (6 out of 10)
--There was only one towel per person.
--The plantation shutters in one of the rooms were damaged.
--Parking is limited to 2 cars, even in the off season.
Summary: Despite the cons, it was a very nice place with supportive management and I *do* recommend it.
