The Condo needs a deep clean along with the woodwork, doors & cabinets need to be painted. Some of the furniture needs replaced. Your information needs to indicate that the indoor pool is in a separate building at the front of the property. The balconies are being redone and they shut off the elevator in this building during the day for the workers to use. Overall I would not stay in this unit again.

The location was excellent the condo is nice. I was a little frustrated that there was SIGNIFICANT maintenance being performed and we were never notified and the rooms AC is not sufficient (I actually think it’s programmed that way). Every night it got hot due to the fact that the AC would turn off. All balconies had plastic on them and were being resurfaced. Grinding from 8am-5pm everyday (could even hear it on the beach). Which would’ve been ok if we were told about it. I just find it disappointing that we weren’t toldAnyway. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would probably stay again.

Great place to stay, but the beds are a challenge for short people.

The condo was very nice and a great location. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was clean and had plenty of towels. There were a few things to be noted. There needs to be a light outside the door. It's hard to see when it's dark. If you plan to cook and need measuring cups, there's only a 1/3 cup available. Also, two of the beds are very high. I'm 5'1" and the master bed hit me about 5 inches above my waist and was very uncomfortable. If you like a mattress that you sink into, you will like this one. However, it was not friendly to my back. In the 2nd bedroom, the bed hit at my waist. My mother is 90 and a couple of inches shorter than me, so we had to put her in the room with the 2 beds.

Pretty good but not great.

Location was good. Overall cleanliness fine. I was disappointed with the lack of provisions. The oven didn't work - just gave an error message. The pans provided were terrible. Almost no cleaning supplies provided. The TV had dish network cable and a DVD player. No access to streaming services. Felt like renting a place 20 years ago. No extra blankets provided. The building was ok. The one vending machine for drinks ate $2. On the morning we were supposed to check out by 10am is when a worker chose to clean the elevator outside our apartment for an hour around 8:30am, rendering it inoperable. Very bad, thoughtless timing. No hot tub in the complex. Owner needs to make the provisions nicer in order to charge this much money for it.

Orange Beach Condo

We had a great stay in this condo. Room itself was as described in the listing, clean, fairly well-furnished and check-in to get the parking pass was quick and simple. We never found the hot tub, but other than that everything was as expected.

Spring break family trip

Location of the condo was great! Convenient to stores and restaurants. Beautiful beach too! However the week we stayed there was construction with loud noises the entire day from 8-4pm It was extremely unpleasant. Also you need to bring every essential with you. Toilet paper, garbage bags, ziplocks, salt/pepper. Luckily I was prepared because I read the reviews.

I was disappointed with no pantry space. Also the refrigerator had a broken shelf which limited space. There were no seasonings like salt and pepper. Sometimes I can find seasonings left by previous guests. Nothing there unless it was left in the locked door by the kitchen which I assume is a pantry. Also no liquid hand soap. No counter top cleaner. Couldn’t find mop. Utensils for cooking were cheap and bent just trying to lift food like spaghetti. No measuring cups or spoons were found. The location is great and the beds slept us well. With the above comments addressed I would stay there again.

TLC Needed

Condo is in need of repairs and updates. The patio furniture is trash, needs some TLC. Loved the location and view of the beach. Redecorating and rearranging of furniture to be able to use all the sliding doors would be better. Check in and check out was great!

Nice quiet place

I really liked the location and easy walk to pool and beach. I really liked having 24 hour security. The place was quiet and no loud parties which was nice. Great for parents with small children. Everyone was very friendly there.

Everything was exactly how I pictured it. Easy access to the elevator, beautiful views, well stocked. If I had to find something to improve….maybe a bigger frying pan. I could have used a bigger one to fry our big families hamburgers in but I made it work with the smaller ones. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Fun family vacation

The room was just as expected from pictures, was clean and was able to accommodate our family of 10. The sofa bed mattress was not the most comfortable bed, so a couple of the teens just slept on the couch, which suited them just fine. Location to the beach and indoor pool was great, just steps away. The only negative for us, was only two parking passes (which we were aware of ahead of time), but there wasn’t a convenient overflow parking less than 4-5 miles from the condo, and we had three vehicles. Overall we would stay again. We enjoyed our time at this condo and the beach, would just come in fewer vehicles.
