A really great place to stay

The condo was perfect for our family, we all had plenty of space and never felt like we were stepping on each other. The layout really works well. The kitchen is well-supplied, everything worked great, the balcony is awesome. The hotel/resort itself is nice too, with multiple pools and the sport courts outside, plus very easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to several friends.

Loved the condo, pools, and the lazy river. Only minor issue we had was as day of check-in the elevators were awful, took forever to get to our room. Other days were better but you will want to figure time for elevators when coming and going.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. It had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We were suppose to have 12 but ended up only have 9 go way more than enough room.kids loved the beach and the indoor pool. Woild most definitely recommend.

Family vacation

Check in was super easy but the elevator situation at peak hours is awful . We waited 45 min and walked down 25 floors . Most of the time the elevator’s weren’t that bad . Avoid 10am and 4:30pm.

July 4th

The unit is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed!! Owner responded quickly with an answer to a question. I was worried about how much of our time was going to be spent waiting on elevators to the 25th floor, but other than check in day, they were much quicker than I expected!! We enjoyed the pools and beach each day. Weather was amazing!

Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2507 was a nice rental, but a few things need fixed. The refrigerator needed a new filter when we got there but the water had black stuff in it the entire time. Several light bulbs were out which maintenance fixed. The dishwasher needs replaced, it doesn't wash well, leaks water when it is drying, so the dishes don't dry. We washed out dishes by hand. The refrigerator doesn't close unless you push it completely closed. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken and needs to be replaced. The carpet in the living room was wet when we arrived and didn't dry for about 3 days. The couches were full of sand and should be cleaned. The outdoor pool and lazy river are not heated and they are very cold. We had a good stay but things could be fixed and more attention to the details.

All in all-A great place for a family or group to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2507 was a great spot for our family to stay! Its so easy to get down to the pool and the beach! The condo was great for cooking our own meals and big enough to hang out in inbetween activities. Remember to bring all your own essentials cause nothing, but a starter amount is provided-dish soap, scrubie, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags, tinfoil, saran wrap, seasonings, coffee and coffee filters, cooking oil, etc. I was able to pack all that in a separate suitcase which was nice. The mattresses were not the comfiest, especially the king bed. Was an older squeaky mattress. My one wish would be to have our own gas grill on the balcony. We like to grill a lot and we weren't able to due to the inconvenience of the grills being far away. Beach chairs to rent were pretty expensive, so bring your own chairs if you can. Especially if you only plan to go to the beach for a couple hours. Phoenix West 2 is a nice clean place to stay though and we would definitely stay here again. You can get almost anywhere in orange beach in 10-15 min. We lucked out and had great weather in March too.

First trip to Gulf Shores

We loved being able to walk down to the beach without having to drive or cross the road. The beach was very clean and not overly crowded. The kids and grandkids really enjoyed the pools and everyone enjoyed the hot tubs. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. Check in was very easy and very friendly staff. The unit was very clean upon arrival. There were plenty of dishes to cook meals and the washer and dryer came in very handy for 4 adults and 5 young kids. No bed will ever be as comfortable as your own bed at home, the mattresses were very firm which my husband and I liked but the others didn’t care for. The only complaint we had were that some of the faucets were tricky to get shut off completely and it took quite a while to wash and dry a load of laundry but neither of those would keep us from coming back to this unit.

Family Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at PW2 and our second consecutive stay in this unit. We have six children 8 and under and 5-6 adults. There’s a huge walk-in closet in the master bathroom that can accommodate 2 pack-n-plays for our littlest ones. This unit fits us all comfortably and the amenities at PW2 are great for old and young alike. The water slide and Lazy river are definitely favorites and the outdoor and indoor pools and splash pad give all our kiddos great options for for having a splashing good time! The boardwalk to the beach is not terribly long and there are houses on either side of the complex with plenty of room to explore the beach. There are 6 elevators serving this complex so your wait is rarely more than a minute or 2 even at peak times. We’ve enjoyed our stats so much we’re already looking forward to next year!

Housekeeping and elevators!

For the first time ever our condo was dirty, we cleaned before bc sand was on all the floors in every room, dishwasher did not clean had to run several times (Really old) refrigerator was filthy glass shelves had crud all down each side , oven was dirty as was bottom drawer under stove! OMG elevator times were 45 min to an hour wait. Ive NEVER experienced this in my life in a condo or any elevator! We paid for parking passes @35.00 each, we were supposed to get at least 1 with condo if not 2!
