Family vacation at Oasis Orange Beach

We totally enjoyed our week at Oasis. The property amenities were great. We especially appreciated the adult pool, poolside cafe and pickle ball court. Our unit had a very well appointed kitchen but starter supplies like paper towels, dishwasher solution, etc were very minimal and poor quality. We brought our own supplies so we were not unduly impacted but wanted to provide feedback to the owner. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Plenty of amenities and we used them all at least once. Space in the Condo was greater than expected as we have been in smaller. Liked the corner view.We would rent some thing like this again but smaller for the 4 of us.

Spacious, quiet condo with bonus room!

We loved the extra large bedrooms and the family room! Kitchen was too small and cookware is needing replacement! But we each had a space for our things and enjoyed the quiet area!

Celebrating my retirement with the family!

We were very happy with the condo, building, location and beach!! Plenty of room and area for everyone. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The only thing we felt would have been nice was an electric griddle because took longer to cook for large family in 2 skillets. Great to have washer and dryer in room. Plenty of bathrooms! Loved the beach area - just would have liked a few mare days of warmer weather
. Pool, hot tub was great. Didn’t know the splash pad was under construction. We definitely will think about coming here again!! Thank you

Brown family vacation

We were very comfortable and had myself, my husband , two sons and their wives , one daughter and her husband and six grandkids ranging in age from seven to 23. We had one issue with a leak in a bathroom and the manager responded quickly and had it fixed. Having a washer and drier and especially an ice maker really helped. The facility is great! The balcony was smaller than it appeared in the photos but proved to be adequate and facing the bay meant being in the shade most of the day. Lack of a pantry presented some storage issues but nothing that couldn't be handled. I would recommend this condo with no reservations.

Stay at Phoenix II West

The room had recently been remodeled and new furniture for both living rooms which was a plus. We like having 2 living room areas so different family member watched TV in the evenings in each area. We wished the view from the first living room had a balcony cause this was the view of the ocean. There was not a pantry to store groceries. We had to stack groceries on the counter so that meant we had less counter space when preparing meals.

The linens were wonderful and we appreciated having bags of linens for all the sofa beds and plenty of blankets. Although we didn’t have much of a beach view from the balcony, we enjoyed the view of the park, houses, lights at night and the frog sounds. The extra living space had a beautiful beach view and offered great sun rises. We loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything and more than we needed. We did not like that we were not able to put our own chairs on the left area of the beach in front of the rental chairs. It made the useable beach crowded. We had some difficulty turning into the gate since we couldn’t use the owner’s entrance when the other one was busy making it necessary to hold up traffic on the boulevard. We loved all the amenities and enjoyed our stay.

Great place for big groups

Great place for larger groups. This condo does not have en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms as previous condos we’ve rented, but people with the bedroom without the bathroom used the one the hall. Bring your own paper products like Tp and paper towels. Overlooks the lagoon and not the ocean, so if that’s a must, choose a different condo. The extra living room-ette was nice and place to play X-Box and not bother the others, and you could see the side of the gulf from that room. I brought an electric griddle, because from experience, even these bigger condos have typical pots and pans which take forever to make meals for large groups. Check in was a bit cumbersome because we arrived later, and the front desk was closed. The security guy helped us but we couldn’t get bands or parking passes that night, which resulted in “tickets” for our vehicles. If people can’t check in until after 5, a suggestion would be to leave those items in an envelope with the security guy - they already had my credit card on file so it wouldn’t be much more work on the condo’s end, but it would have saved us headaches. Overall though, elevators were timely, and the place was clean, so those issues were temporary and minor. Note: if you are running late, call and see if you can have items left for you: Parking passes/wristbands.
