Caribe 1112D est un front de mer de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec un balcon privĂ© donnant sur le col de Perdido et le golfe du Mexique. Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e au 11e Ă©tage du bĂątiment D. L'unitĂ© dispose d'un lit King dans la chambre principale, avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 49 pouces, un lecteur DVD, un accĂšs au balcon privĂ© et une salle de bain privïżœïżœe avec baignoire jacuzzi et une douche Ă  l'italienne sĂ©parĂ©e. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit Queen, TV Ă©cran plat 24 pouces et lecteur DVD et la troisiĂšme chambre a 2 lits superposĂ©s, TV Ă©cran plat 32 pouces et lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon pour dormir plus.

Great building and great location with an oversized parking lot (which was fantastic for my Chevy suburban!). Great communication from the hosts, but the lock box which contained the key was wide open when we arrived. Kinda got the uh-of feeling from that. With the great looks, location, and living area, the condo itself is poorly space planned. Sofa only seats 5 comfortably and a huge balcony is adorned with a small table and 4 chairs. This space could be much better utilized. The fan in the living room is tiny considering the large area and does not adequately cool the room. Additionally the a/c struggled to get below 71. There is a large chunk of carpet padding missing in the master bedroom and the linens left me itching, but that may just be a skin sensitivity that I have. All in all, our general impression is that the owners of this unit are absentee owners who is investing the bare minimum into the property.

So wonderful!

We came to Orange beach with my three kids and Father in Law. We each had our own bathroom and a HUGE kitchen to keep making our own meals. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook easily. The place was clean and very comfortable for all of us. Check in was great and the condo we stayed in had 3 HUGE pools and water slides. We had everything to keep our three boys busy and the adults could relax! It was great. The separate ice maker was a great suprise!

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the location and amenities were excellent. The only minor issues were that the dryer didn’t dry very well and the smoke detector battery needed changing. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Nice location

The unit was cleaned and well decorated. I liked that you could see the bay and gulf from our balcony. Kitchen had enough dishes and cookware for our needs. The bedroom furniture was comfortable. The washing machine took forever to wash a load of towels and sounded like it was going to take flight. The master bathtub jets did not work which was very disappointing. I seen that this was a former complaint that I guess did not get addressed. The carpet in the bunk room was pretty stained and nasty. It was a nice condo but I’ve stayed in better ones for cheaper.

The condo was very spacious and clean, but
. the ice maker was broken and did not work nor was fixed while we were there so we had to buy ice daily, there were no linens in the master bath but later the next day delivered, the outdoor patio furniture was broken and rusted and falling apart, the master bath shower dripped all night, the hair dryers didn’t work, the first bedroom fan ticked all night and could not be turned off because of so, the outlets wouldn’t t work
 one of the hot tubs didn’t work (closest to our room) the parking was not easy to find or follow at all..

Spacious condo

We had a great time at Orange Beach and this condo fit us perfectly. We had four kids and four adults so the bunk bed room worked out great. The condo is very nice and has a large living / dining area. Just a couple of things to note that shouldn’t be seal breakers but nice to know ahead of time
they have no board games or card games or any sort of toys for the children. There aren’t even any books to read which normally wouldn’t be a problem but if the weather isn’t great, there is NO entertainment in the condo. They could use a few more serving platters/utensils and some plastic drink ware as everything they have right now is glass. The toilet in the queen bedroom runs constantly.

Wonderful views and great beach service!

I really wanted to 5 ⭐ this. We have never stayed at Caribe. We tried during Covid and several units were just not renting. We chose this one based on price, location and we’d heard great things from other people. Check in was super easy. The unit is huge and has great views. I’ll list the pros first; clean, amazing views, plenty of space outside for everyone to do what they want, proximity to beach and really the entire stay was great. Cons: furniture in the den is very uncomfortable and it was missing an entire piece that was shown in the pictures. Jets in master tub did not work, multiple outlets were not working, bulbs were out, remote in master bedroom was corroded, spare toilet sounded like a foghorn, the washing machine sounds like it’s about to take off it’s so loud, dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t open so I was tossing the pods in the bottom (that cleaned everything flawlessly). Maintenance addressed everything promptly when I reached out, but it was only a temporary fix. He mistakenly took the dish remote to one of the bedrooms and never brought it back even after I asked them. The kitchen/ no potholders, no extra kitchen linens, tried to use the mixer and it wouldn’t work, no large rectangular cooking sheets. The only one large enough was round and too big and it prevented the oven door from closing and the Keurig leaked everywhere. Conclusion: probably won’t stay here again.

Spring Break

Communication from start to finish with management at. Liquid Life was excellent. Even for an after hours lock out issue . No fault of the owner but our building was getting a facelift while we were there , which also included the lazy river. You would have thought the off season would have been a better time for that (We were given the option for a refund prior to our date but at that point it was honestly too hard to find another place to accommodate our group) The 11:00 pm quiet time policy is strictly enforced which was great for the older crowd . Kids weren’t too happy with the rule but they survived. The 2nd frig was a great addition especially for a larger group. FYI Some board games, cards, etc would have been nice to have when we were stuck indoors because of the rain. Surprised that there wasn’t a few Basic cleaning supplies for everyday cleanup. (1 dishwasher pod, 1 garbage bag, I small dish liquid was provided) Extra blankets pillows etc were clean and available. Nice view in every direction,. The perfect location for watching your family from above -if they were in the lazy river . Would def rebook this unit again

It was obvious that the regular refrigerator had gone out and you delivered a new one for us to use, which was nice. The smell of the broken refrigerator was still noticeable without doors opened.

Great stay

The location of this Condo was great! Parking right by the elevator and right by the pool area. Great view from Condo. Condo was clean. The refrigerator wasn’t working so there was another refrigerator that impeded the dining area, but wasn’t terrible. Spacious living space. Carpets were a bit dingy, but the place was overall nice and was a great stay for our family. We enjoyed it so much we added an extra night and were so glad we did! Will def book again.

Caribe Resort

The Cree resort was truly outstanding! The apartment was exactly as destroyed, there is plenty space, and there is something for everyone. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed everything about the unit we stayed in in the resort in general.
