I really don’t know where to start, upon arrival I immediately called island rentals to say how dirty and nasty this units was. I ask to be moved to a different unit was told there was not anything available. So let’s begin the sofas are just dirty every piece of glass in unit you could not see thru plus drink spills under glass that had not been cleaned. Now onto the kitchen there was only two small plates very few big plates not enough silverware and glasses. Frypans were nasty but with some cleaning we were able to use. Really not the essential needed to cook with no can opener no measuring cups only one knife to use to prepare food. I was experiencing headaches by chance we checked the furnace room it was caked with dust. Lamps in bedroom were the same. I don’t live in dirt at home do not expect to pay to do so.This unit needs cleaning from top to bottom.I have rented from you guys many times and this is the wirst ever. Contacted you and was told there wasn’t anything that could be done. Very disappointed when you look forward to a vacation you don’t expect to have to clean the place before you even start to enjoy your time.

The beach view was gorgeous. The main downfall of the trip was Island Rentals. They failed to send a rental agreement email and then were frantically trying to get it signed. We had a good several days at the property before a water leak above was discovered. Island rentals only reached out to us to make sure we’d watch for changes in the ceiling. They had no concern for the overbearing loud fans that we were putting up with. They never offered to move us or to take anything off of our bill for the inconvenience. They instead simply said they appreciated our patience. We had these fans for 3 days of our trip. I had asked for early check in because our flight came in at 8:30 a.m.. The condo was empty two days before us as they offered us a lower rate to rent then. They told us they’d let us know the day of. They let us know the day of that they could do the standard 4 p.m.. I also asked them to consider a later check out considering our flight was not until 9 p.m.. The company responded with the standard checkout time. If you are looking for a company to do the bare minimum look no farther than Island Rentals.

This property has it all - beautiful views, 3 pools, very well kept unit, comfortable beds and so much more. The location is perfect - great restaurants in the area, shopping and many entertainment options. We spent a lot of time on the balcony - watching the sun come up, listening to the surf at night along with watching the kids searching the beaches, relaxing and enjoying the amazing view. You won't be disappointed with this property.

Unit was very clean when we arrived. We had a beautiful beach view. Hanna was very friendly and accommodating. Oasis is very conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. I hope i will be able to again in the future.

We had the most amazing time celebrating a 60th birthday during our Girls Week 2025 in Orange Beach, AL! Our VRBO rental was absolutely perfect in every way. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the beds were heavenly, and there was more than enough space for all five of us to spread out and relax.The amenities were top-notch! We especially loved having access to multiple pools, including one for guests 21 and over — a nice touch for a peaceful swim. The lazy river and waterslide brought out our inner kids and kept us laughing for hours. Morning coffee on the deck quickly became our favorite ritual — so quiet and serene, with the perfect view to start the day.Our host was fantastic — very responsive to all my questions before the trip, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free.I’m already planning to come back with my family. This place is a gem — highly recommend for girl's trips, family vacations, or any special occasion getaway!

We stayed at the property from June 1-5. The condo is located in a prime location on the beach. The check-in process was a breeze. The condo is tastefully decorated, well maintained, and clean. There was a freak incident where the patio door locked while we were on the balcony and unfortunately, the security latch was on the front door. I contacted the owner and she responded promptly. Although they had some difficulty with opening the front door due to the latch being in place, the owner worked with security to get the door open. Not sure how that happened but we didn't have any other issues with the door. Also, since our last visit, there have been some upgrades to the property including a pool side bar and eatery. I would definitely recommend this unit and the property as a whole.

Spring Break 2025

We were very impressed with this condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The floor plan worked perfect for us. We never had to wait long for the elevators. The beach wasn’t too crowded. The location was great. We will definitely try to book it the next time we are in Orange Beach .

Wonderful week spend with family

This condo was great and in an ideal location. There was plenty for the kids to do. They loved the lazy river and the splash pad. The only thing I would recommend is to add a couple of baking sheets to the kitchen. Other than that, the condo had everything we could have needed. We would definitely visit again!

Best location ever!!!

1904 was very clean and had enough room for everyone! The condo came with everything we needed. We hope to vacation there again. Lots of carts for luggage and food. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or location! 5 Stars!!!!
