The owners of this condo need to do some major updating. The tile needs to be replaced. Thereâs many many cracks and tiles and different rooms. The door out to the patio from the living room is very very hard to open. It has a film on it. You canât see out of it very well. It needs new paint. There was some of the tile was very, very dirty.
We had a great time at the property and it was close to everything. Liked the convenience of the location and the overall experience. It was the perfect size for our family.
Lots of towels, extra blankets, spacious, balcony was huge ! Had trouble with key pad on door, took few times to work. The security staff were friendly, good location. Management made the stay easy! We enjoyed the location and most def the beach !
Our stay at Pelican Point 602 was such a blessing in so many ways, including the unit we rented. The layout and size of this property was perfect for our group of 8. The challenges we did encounter did not keep us from spending time together and being blessed by it! Thank you to everyone at Current Tides (Property Management) for helping us overcome the those challenges. We see you and appreciate all you do! â€ïž
Had a lovely stay with our family at Orange Beach at this condo. Located on the 6th floor it provided beautiful views of the beach from the living room. master bedroom and patio. We spent every night sitting on the patio listening to the waves. Beach is very easily accessible and building amenities include an onsite indoor heated pool and jacuzzi which the kids enjoyed. Condo is clean and very spacious and had the basic amenities that allowed us to make breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend staying here. Checkin process was easy and property managent staff were friendly. We had to pay a $50 parking charge for the duration of the stay. The unit was well furnished and beds were very comfortable. ample space in the closets for feeling at home. We would stay here again.
The condo was very nice. The view was wonderful! It was quiet and relaxing. It was our fist time at Orange Beach and the location of the Condo was fantastic.
Nice, clean condo on the beach to accommodate my family. Always received quick and polite responses to any questions I had. Loved having on site security who were also very helpful.
Condo was great! HOA has a few too many rules for a lot of mundane things that shouldn't matter. Being charged $30 for parking, after paying for the condo, was ridiculous!
Overall it was nice condo and great location. Little disappointed we werenât made aware they were doing construction repairs on condos next door to us, so first couple days we listened to grinding and jackhammering concrete all day and scaffolding was obstructing our ocean view from our balcony. One of our toilets didnât flush, bathroom sink faucet was broken and entry door was hard to lock. Would recommend some maintenance and repairs be done before next renter books this condo. Other than that it was a good spacious condo.
The property was great except the owner needs to spend a couple bucks on a key pad lock. I arrived after a 12 hour drive to no packet, the office is difficult to find because it's a real estate office with a very small sign that says Current Tides that hard to see from the road and impossible at night. Than had to try and open and outdated lock box that the numbers kept moving on and wouldn't stay locked in on the number I set it on. Yet the lock to the actual office was a very nice key pad. When I got the box open no packet was there for me so I was stuck waiting on answers on how to get in. Then once entering the property I was informed by the guard I needed a $30 parking pass which I was not notified of previously. So one in the room I went down to the guard shack to pay with a debit card which I was told was accepted only to be told it wasn't. So back up to the room for cash and back down to the guard shack to find he was on patrol. So I waited and waited. Not a great first impression and a long night of running around and a night I got charged for.
