First of all, I was charged a double reservation fee without being told until I had booked it and could not get either of the Fees reversed, the condo was Not clean, we had to wait 2 hours past the expected time to get our room, the parking fee wAs $30.00 more than we were told it would be, the room was fairly clean and nicely appointed but there were trash objects left in different places, disgusting dirty pans and utensils, when I called to voice my concerns, the person from Liquid life was Extremely rude to me(I have witnesses who heard the entire conversation, her only offer to remedy some of my concerns was to send a cleaning crew there which I politely declined because it would interrupt our stay and we could deal wit it, but there was Never any kind of apology about it other than in a rude tone that they had over 100 units to clean that day and it wasnât possible to clean them in 5 hours plus that they had made sure they told everyone it Could be after 3. Over alL we had a wonderful time, it was a great unit and we would stay at the Phoenix again but defiantly through a deferent agency
I think the owners need to be informed about the company running there rental but the agent wonât give me a contact for them. We have been staying in beach rentals for over 30 years and NEVER been treated as rudely as we were this time. I am really a very patient person and understand things happen, but a person can only take so much and I was pushed to the limit by this because of such an unconcerning person that was very unnecessarily rude.
