Nice place, poor communication

We were notified one hour before check-in that they needed to install a shower door in the master bathroom. Our drive took over 10 hours with two little ones. We were tired. Of course they came during nap time. The smell from the silicone & glue was so strong it gave me & my husband a headache. Then we still couldn’t use the shower for another day to let things set up. I get things happen, but the property manager could have handled things differently. She said she would “look into compensating us some” & would get back to us before we left. She didn’t. Overall we had a nice stay. Just hope you’re not one of the lucky ones that has to do last minute construction in your condo when it’s convenient for them.

Terrific updates Unit

Very nice updated unit. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and indoor pool. Disappointed the outdoor pool was closed. We will stay in this unit again when available.

We loved our stay!

We were celebrating our 49th anniversary and have spent several anniversaries in Orange Beach. This was by far the best! Our stay in this condo was perfect. The condo is beautiful and being on 12th floor your view is spectacular! When sitting at dinning table you just see ocean out the windows! We will definitely try to book this condo for our 50th!

Stunning condo with an amazing view !!!

From booking our stay, to receiving our code to the unit the day of check in, everything was communicated in a professional and timely manner. WE absolutely LOVED this condo. It was our first time staying in Orange Beach and it didn’t disappoint. The inside is beautiful, well decorated, and very inviting. We originally planned a 7 night stay, but extended it by one more night (nobody wanted to leave) Family of 8 (kids ages 13,11,10,8,4,2) and this unit accommodated us very comfortably. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. The mattresses are all very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see the master bedroom had an updated walk in glass shower despite the pictures online showing a bath. The views from the master bedroom and living room are spectacular. There are a few beach chairs in the utility room, along with 4 boogie boards to take down to the beach. A couple flashlights (D batteries needed) in the junk drawer to do some crab hunting at night. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. We only ate out twice, as we enjoyed home cooked meals, and family time at the table with an ocean view. The splash pad was a big hit with our 2 youngest, and the inside pool was utilized every night after dinner, along with the 3 relaxing jacuzzi’s. Our overall experience here was a 10/10!!!!! We’ve already discussed wanting to come back next year. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Oct stay at Orange Beach

The stay was wonderful, except that LSU lost that night. The check in process was a bit difficult as the email with the info in it, didn't display to entry code. We had to contact the property manager to get the code. That took about 15 minutes. Otherwise, it was a great time in beautiful gulf coast.

Perfect property

This condo was beautiful inside. It was very spacious and clean. We loved that the property had carts to help unload groceries or luggage. The views from the spacious deck were also amazing! The beach was clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this property for any family or for anybody seeking a relaxing vacation.

Awesome condo!

We loved our condo! It was the perfect size for 10 people! Our only complaint was the dryer door would not stay shut so we had a time drying clothes and also I would highly suggest for the owners to buy a new air mattress. The one offered was badly stained but it did hold air so we threw some blankets over the stains! Other than that we have nothing else to complain about! We would definitely rent from this owner again!

Nice interior, poor cleaning

The look of the condo is fresh and updated nicely. The comforter in one room had blood on it upon arrival. We contacted the number listed and they came to change it. That night we realized the sheets also had blood on them and the pillow case has makeup. One of the bunk beds had sand in the sheets. The beach is also packed. They place their rental chairs all along the front of the ocean in rows. It leaves little room to place your own chairs. We still enjoyed our vacation. Just beware of the crowded beach.

Great stay!

Property was great! Bigger than I expected the floor plan to be. Place was very clean with very nice equipment and furniture. Bunk beds stable for all four kids. Only thing I wish was that there was some sort of vacuum. Hard to cleanup all the sand with just the broom. Would stay here again :)
