Brett/Robinson changed our room and gave us one that was much inferior without telling us. Even when we checked in face to face they didn't say anything. The room was dirty with gnats on the window. The next day they did put us in a more comparable room but they did not make the process very easy. They gave us 45 minutes to make the decision after we realized they had switched rooms on us. If we lived close we would have taken the full refund but we didn't and since it was Shrimp Fest all the other good rooms were occupied. When we checked in for the next room we asked to speak with the manager who was not in but would call us. It's been over a week and haven't heard from them. They did give us a partial refund for all the inconvenience but only after calling. Think twice about booking with Brett/Robinson because the disrespect and lack of care we were shown was beyond anything we have experienced before.
