The place was spacious and comfortable, but halfway through our five day stay with 11 people gathered for the Thanksgiving holiday, the water totally stopped and then was running smelly and totally brown. The owner was responsive (the management company was not!), and they had water running again the following afternoon. We had to scramble to find other places for everyone to shower and had to use bottled water for everything (including toilets) in the meantime. We were told the water was fine the next day after a chlorine shock, but after some tummy issues in the group, we researched it and realized that was bad advice. We totally get it - things happen. But after two weeks of claiming a partial refund was in processing to compensate for the trouble, we were stonewalled and given the run around. We have run vacation rentals ourselves and would not have treated guests like this at all.
