Perfection! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and this resort exceeded our expectations. Words cannot express how much we appreciated our time here and friendly staff. I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, as does the breakfast staff.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was wonderful! We did not like the beach lounge reservation system. It was very interesting that there was one particular family that were at the front two spots every single day!! Short of a miracle and the reservation system, it is unlikely that they were that lucky. Enough said!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is a step above the rest. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and very special stay, this is the place! No waiting for umbrellas or service…there are always people to help you and always space on this beautiful uncrowded beach. I can’t say enough about this gem on a quiet slice of Eagle Beach. Don’t miss a delicious dinner at Elements restaurant…again with impeccable service.

This property was top-notch. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea are a nice touch. The hotel is clean, safe and relaxing, with everything you can possibly need at your fingertips. Beautiful resort. extremely calm. included breakfast is awesome. Service is outstanding - better than most 5stars resorts like Ritz. The beach is fantastic, much quieter and beautiful than Palm Beach. Rooms were ok, nothing luxury but had everything needed. Massages were really not great - only disappointment of our stay with them. Felt like both massage therapist had never done that before. Average age quite old on the resort, not a lot of people below 50 years old. Overall, very great experience, would go back anytime. Renting a car to travel around was a must but not needed since their location is very central and everything easy with taxis. Great resort overall!!!!
