Staff is amazing with great hospitality. The hotel is very clean and look like the photos posted online. The restaurants on property are delicious and offer a huge variety of food options. Drinks are delicious! Our best server was Jennifer and Pedro in Flamingo Island and the Pool and lobby bar. Amazing staff! This property is located near everything and the amenities the hotel provides is great. Taxis are easy to get and not to pricey. Palm beach is close by if you enjoy a more party scene. Casino was fun as well! Overall amazing experience at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba

The stay was great. Highly recommend the cabanas on their private island The first day Robert took care of us adult side and was amazing. The second day family side. it was someone else. He never checked on us and sent our food to another cabana where some drunk guys ate our burgers. After over an hour we asked security if they could find our food. Do it , but stay on the adults only side with Robert.

Our stay at the Renaissance Aruba Resort was amazing. Renaissance Island — especially Flamingo Beach — offered a level of tranquility and a secluded feel that made it the highlight of our trip. The boat ride to the private island was fun, scenic, and really added to the overall experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming

Room was clean, amenities were great. Only downside is we booked a tour (jeep) through the resort. They outlined five stops (underlined on a map) and the tour only did 3. The one we wanted the tour didn't do, and the tour company said the hotel misinforms people. Other people booked and were also told 5 stops (some different than ours). We also paid 13ish more dollars then the other guest who booked same way.. So bad info from the hotel desk.

The hotel resort is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The boat ride to the private Flamingo beach is fabulous! Walking distance to the downtown core and highly recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort! Everything about this resort was truly top-notch! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with good vibes all around. We loved every part of our stay — from relaxing at the stunning Okeanos Spa and our private cabana by the water, to watching the beautiful flamingos up close on the private island. It was pure paradise! Even the casino was a blast (even though we didn’t win this time 😉). This resort truly captures the spirit of Aruba — the Happy Island! 🏝️ We’re already dreaming of coming back again soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mix of luxury, fun, and relaxation! 💛✨

When you go to the ocean suite side the lady giving towels looked very unhappy at the pool , the taxis are over priced and should work with the hotel to charge room or something being that he only took cash was inconvenient , The staff at the hotel was very nice even the guys in the shuttle car was amazing . I loved the added touch with the cake they sent to the room for birthday . I wish there was pool on our side of hotel .
