I liked the modern decor, the comfy bed and the proximity to the beach. Also the breakfast was decent. It was quiet as well. The fireplace in the lobby was not working and we were promised a corner room with a partial ocean view which we did not get, but overall I would not hesitate to stay here. It's a nice boutique hotel at an affordable price.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical and good. It was a perfect location for downtown Seaside.. close to the beach (though not on the beach) and shopping. It was a great for the day we stayed.
