A renovated, traditional stone Pugliese villa, located in the countryside of Oria a town in Northern Salento. It is approximately half an hour from Brindisi airport with the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Gulf of Taranto to the west.

The property is renovated in a sympathetic way featuring traditional stone ceilings but also incorporating a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The villa is on one level with the exception of 2 low steps, making it suitable for elderly renters or wheelchair access as well as families. The home comes with three spacious bedrooms, the main having a large wet room en-suite. In the dining area there is a large sofa bed which can accommodate a further 2 people. There is a spacious and bright sitting room/dining room featuring a stone fireplace with wood burner, making it a comfortable family area for relaxing at all times of the year. From the sitting room there is open access to a fully fitted kitchen with an island.

The home has under floor heating and central heating as well as air conditioners in all main rooms.

The villa sits in a fully fenced area of 1.5acre and is accessed through an electric gate to a long driveway with lots of parking. To the back of the villa there is a spacious south facing garden with palm trees surrounding the large 13m x 5m swimming pool which has a tiled patio for lazing in the sun. There is also a wooden gazebo complete with curtains for those who prefer the shade.

A wooden veranda is attached to the back of the house with shade cover, under here are tables for alfresco dining. Next to this veranda is a barbecue with worktop and sink ideal for preparing outdoor meals. Also attached to the back of the property there is an outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The villa is located in the countryside, a short walk (15mins), cycle or 5 minute drive to the medieval town of Oria with its historic castle and basilica, as well as restaurants, squares and amenities.
