The house itself was nice. Plenty of room to move around in a house that accommodates 13+ people. The problems we had were in the details. Both king-size beds had box springs on the floor, so they were low to the ground and only provided two pillows. The upstairs bathroom's shower head sprayed everywhere but the person in the shower. Several of the outlets didn't work. The water to the dishwasher was off for most of our trip, I had to call maintenance. The water has a terrible smell when it's turned on (maybe well water). There is no privacy (which you should know from the pictures) but there are no curtains over the sliding glass doors, so at night you can see right into the house.
The most disappointing part was the lack of tools in the kitchen. There are three skillets ranging from large to small but have the quality of something purchased at the dollar store. There is one stock pot and one small saucepan. There is one small cookie sheet (for 13+ people). No spatulas, no cooking tongs. No broom but three dustpans. We were given one sponge but no kitchen hand towels to dry. No pot holders to get anything out of the oven with. Nothing is left from one guest to the next, everything is thrown away. So plan on ordering salt and pepper.
The location is within walking distance to Target but the pool is a hike. They offer a shuttle but walking is about 30 minutes.
