Love the house

They house was very spacious, in a very quiet neighborhood, the owners were very friendly and the check in process was smooth. My kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. Definitely will be looking for this house when I return in October

9 night stay

Our family of six recently spent nine nights at this property, and while there were some enjoyable aspects, several issues left us somewhat frustrated with our stay. We absolutely loved the pool area, which was a major highlight of our stay. The comfortable sofas in the living area also made for a great relaxation spot after long days of exploring. The key code feature for the front door was very convenient and saved us the hassle of keeping track of a physical key. The villa is situated in a great location, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. While the villa was overall clean, it definitely could have benefited from a deeper clean. Attention to detail in this area would have made a significant difference. There was no designated area to hang wet clothes to dry, which was quite inconvenient, especially with kids who frequently used the pool and clothes that couldn't be tumbled. The wardrobe in the master bedroom was locked because the owner stored personal clothes there. This left us without a place to hang our clothes, which was less than ideal. The bed sheets on the children's beds were of poor quality and constantly slid off the mattresses, which was frustrating. The blinds in all the bedrooms did not effectively block out sunlight, and the blinds in the master bedroom were in need of repair. We enjoyed elements of our stay but there are certainly areas for improvement

Awesome place, nice location, great communication from the manager. Definitely would stay again. A bit paranoid because the front door is right where the “kids” rooms are. But we made it work, with NO problems!

Very nice and fun

The house was clean and with plenty of activities for the teenager and adult brother and sister to do. We ended up switching plans and spent more time than originally planned at the house. The pool was nice and warm wich was a pleasant surprise since I thought I needed to let them know ahead of time to heat it up. They have some board games and books in addition to the games in the gameroom/garage. We tried to leave the house as clean as we found it. It has plenty of stores in the vicinity to make it easy for everyone to purchase necessities and food. The supermarket across the street is very expensive though, try a national chain instead. If you are on a low budget.

Spacious- but terrible value

House needs many repairs. The dishes and appliances were dirty- and there weren’t paper towels or trash bags, so expect to buy EVERYTHING you would need to stay. Big hole in the hallway wall is “covered” with a piece of cardboard and duct tape. Seriously? The master bed is on a massive platform- the mattress top is about 4ft off the ground- the frame is 6” wider than the mattress and is almost impossible to get into. My 6’4 father had to jump! The thin quilt on this bed was also a double/queen- so they didn’t even have a blanket to cover the bed! The two king beds also had sheets that DID NOT fit. 4-5x per night we had to get out of bed and pull them back on. No cable on tv to watch. We paid over $200 to heat the pool- which WAS NOT HEATED. “Game room” is a JOKE- air hockey table doesn’t work and pieces to games that make them playable are missing.

Loved it!

The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. My kids loved the Mickey/Minnie room AND the pool! Communication with property manager was great, responses were quick. I would 100% recommend and will book another stay in the future for vacation again.

Nice place for family stay

Positives: nice pool, covered outdoor seating, 2 "master" bedrooms, comfortable memory foam mattress in main master. Well stocked kitchen with non-stick cookware and plenty of dishes. Had some issues with the pool pump due to an internet issue, but the manager/owner was very responsive and took care of the problem quickly. Having the private pool and outdoor space was the most important thing when choosing this rental, and we enjoyed it very much. Negatives: The place could use some detailed cleaning, cable had some issues with signal going in and out a few times. Games in the kids room were missing pieces and not in the best condition. The bed in the main master is very high off the floor and has a bulky wooden platform/frame. I scraped the back of my leg on the frame the first morning when trying to get down/out of bed. (and I am not that short: 5'6") The vertical blinds in the main master were missing about 4 slats, so light blocking and privacy were an issue, We ended up temporarily moving a couple slats from the blinds in the living room to help cover the gap. The air hockey table is in a bit of disrepair. It was useable. Furniture in the garage living space was a bit stained and worn.

Wonderful stay

This is a great home with plenty of space and amenities. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool heater worked well. The owners are very personable and helpful with great suggestions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Vacation with grandkids

Property was clean and furniture updated from photos.Owner was very accommodating as there was issue with thermostat from thunderstorm the night before our arrival.AC tech replaced same day and temp was great thereafter.There was an assortment of kitchen ware.Plenty of pool and bath towels.Owner did wonderful job preparing home for guests.
