The property and area was great. The pool area had a Tuscan resort feel. On arrival, the gate key and pool keys were not provided. Management was responsive and we had the key (only one, not two) within 2 days. That was a minor inconvenience. Although the property has wifi, the particular condo we rented received a very poor and at times non-existent signal. Often times we had to go out on the patio or outside to get a workable cell signal and/or wifi. There is also a resident who lurks at the pool area looking for young girls and video tapes them with one of his two phones that he carries. He will stare at them while soaking in the hot tub, bathing in the pool or lounging in a chair - in his underwear. We were warned of this by another resident, as I had 3 young girls with me. After another guest witnessed him creeping on his daughter, he got up and told the man to leave or he would call the police. We made a complaint to the front desk as did the other guest. It seemed that they were aware of this behavior. I would caution anyone bringing their daughters to be alert.
