The gated community's single entrance led to extended wait times, especially around 4 pm check-ins, impacting our convenience significantly.
Upon entering the rental, we were disappointed to find the pool only half filled and not clean, despite being a primary reason for our booking. A leak was notified hours after check-in.
We also encountered other issues: missing patio blinds, uncomfortable living room furniture, malfunctioning doors/bathroom doors not locking, and unsatisfactory beds.
We requested a partial refund for the inconveniences. While the property managers responded promptly, it's been six weeks since our stay, and we've received no updates on our refund status.
