DO NOT BOOKWe contacted the property about three weeks before our trip to Florida to confirm there would be adequate parking for our trucks and boats, as we were attending a fishing tournament. The person we communicated with was not the homeowner but an inexperienced "property manager".Less than a week before our trip, we were informed that the HOA does not allow boats to be parked in the driveway or on the street. This would not have been an issue if we had been told earlier, because we would have booked elsewhere, but by that point we had already declined other lodging options. As a result, we had to park our boats at a separate property and hook and unhook them every morning and evening, which was extremely inconvenient.Upon arrival, there was no soap provided in any of the bathrooms. Additionally, the listing advertises a “3-bedroom house with a pool and jacuzzi,” but the jacuzzi was only half-filled (not even above the steps), and both the pool and jacuzzi were around 50 degrees. There was an obvious leak in the pool/hot tub system—the hose was already laid out next to the hot tub when we arrived—yet the property manager acted as if this was a new issue. We were unable to use either the pool or the hot tub for the entire duration of our stay. We would fill it up just for it to leak back down and stay frigid. Our experience did not match what was promised in the listing. Unfortunately, no discount or compensation was offered despite
